I ordered a few rolls of vinyl on 9/12 - nothing crazy. I got a text message about my order being confirmed. After 10 days, I still had yet to hear an update on the order. No problem I thought, I'll just reach out via email to check in and request a refund because after 10 days, I no longer had a need for the product I ordered because I had to find another place to order from. I got an automated response with absolutely no other response. It's been over 2 weeks since I've placed that order now so I tried to call the number they have listed on their website. Welp, it's out of service. I can understand if companies are understaffed given the current staff shortage situation, but for a company to completely ignore a paying customer after not fulfilling an order after 15 days and no communication about a fulfillment/shipping delay is not acceptable. Since there's no other way to get in contact with this company that they will actually respond to, I'm contacting my credit card to file a dispute to get my $70+ back. I saw these reviews and decided I should not have ordered from them and ordered somewhere else so I asked them to cancel my order before it shipped out. It ships out THREE days after my request to cancel and he sends an email about it being good news and ignores my request to cancel. Today April 3 I saw on my Facebook craft group a post from a woman explaining how she placed a order with this company 2 weeks ago and had not received her ordered. She sent them them a email and they berated the young woman very unprofessionally. I then go to their personally Facebook group where the owner of the company is publicly telling over 5,000 members of the group what this lady is doing and posts her name.. I go to their review section on their public Facebook page where they have More then 2,000 followers and they are in the reviews arguing with people who left negative reviews. I clicked one review and it took me to a comment posted by the owner of CraftHtv and he puts out a customers full name and address in a comment! This is unethical! I then return to his group and comment on his post to tell him this was very disrespectful he blocks me and one of his employees sends me a message harassing me and threatening me! The owner then goes on live and admits he posted her address to get people to stop leaving negative reviews. straight up horrible customer service with extremely arrogant individuals working for them. I placed an order and after ten days there is not any type of update as to how the order is going. I went on their site and instead of having a normal "track your package" or order update section like almost every reputable company that exists, they want you to download some POS third part app to then do the tracking. How poor is that? so, after not downloading the app i called an left a message because they were too busy to answer the phone during their coffee break ( still never returned a call ) and then answered the email i sent by cancelling my order because i simply said i'd dispute the charge if they didn't communicate with me by end of business day about what was going on with the package. After doing a bit more research i have found that they have overwhelmingly poor reviews of the 1 star nature dominating various sites and have even been contacted by the BBB for their inability to resolve customer issues. They have multiple current alerts on BBB for complaints and were contacted for "pattern of complaints..." they were once called Decalify and CheapHTV in the past and had similar patterns of poor customer service. the appearance is they just operate poorly and then change their name to just do the same thing. I'd say to this company, what's the definition of insanity? maybe you should look it up and maybe either change your ways or close the doors. here is an excerpt from the BBB on this company: Pattern of Complaints: BBB files reflect that this company has a pattern of complaints concerning orders not being fulfilled in a timely fashion ,customers experiencing difficulty reaching the company to report problems, the company not responding to customer emails as well as customers reporting being treated rudely, by company personnel. Their customer service is extremely poor. Expect to wait weeks for a shipped order, and days for a pickup. You are not allowed to call the Jonesville location, you just have to wait for them to email you. I was actually reprimanded for calling about a pickup order after waiting 8 hours without hearing from them, when the website stated "usually within an hour". I assumed that meant at least same day to pick it up. Also, if you complain or have anything bad to say the owner will publicly shame you on Facebook. Hasn't happened to me, but I have read his posts with screenshots. This company is delusional to think they will sustain with this level of customer service. The deals are not that good. Very frusterated with this company. I placed an order on Dec 16, 2017. I was sent an email stating another email would be sent shortly to notify me of my order being shipped. By Dec 30th I had yet to recieve that email and so I called their customer service. The oerson I spoke with said the order had been shipped and he would email me the tracking number. Jan 4th I had still not recieved the tracking email so I emailed the company. I was given a bit of a run around until I was FINALLY able to find out that my order had not been shipped yet. Jan 5th I recieved an email with the tracking info and that my order was processed and shipped on Jan 5th. My last update was for Jan 15th stating that my order was processed at transit facility in Frankfurt, DE. Today is Jan 19th and craftHTV customer service tells me to contact the shipping company (DHL) and DHL tells me to contact the supplier. I have been a customer of 651 vinyl for quite some time, I had seen someone post about a sale that CraftHTV was having in September. I was in need of a heat press and thought this was the best time to order. I ordered the press and received a call the next day saying that it was not available and that it was estimated around 10/21 to ship (I appreciated the prompt call). Around 10/31 I started to get concerned and reached out to the company to see if they had any insight as to what was going on. I kept getting emails back that were "a week or so." I understand that shipping and customs are not always the fault of the business. But the fact that it showed it was in stock when I ordered just goes to show how unorganized and unprofessional this company is. To make matters worse I placed an order a few weeks after ordering the heat press for some vinyl and a teflon sheet. They messed up my second order and sent the wrong size teflon sheet. They did make it right by sending the right size, but how ridiculous is it that both ordering experiences here were bad. My final email I received back from the company was appalling. I was extremely patient for nearly 2 months and to receive an email back that not the nicest makes me very sad not only for my situation bur for future potential customers of this business. Unfortunately, I was scammed out of $200 worth of HTV through Craft HTV. I placed an order on January 21 and received an autogenerated email several days later saying they were a little behind due to a high volume of orders, but not to worry because orders would soon ship. Several more days passed before I noticed I hadn't received a shipping notice, so I wrote a quick email asking about my order. I did not receive a reply. I waited several more days, then wrote another email. No reply. I was worried at this stage because it had been two full weeks since I'd placed my order and the company was ghosting me. I wrote more frantic emails, none of which were returned. I called and left voicemails, which were also not returned. I went to their Instagram and saw several comments under their most recent posts where people were asking where their orders were. I left a comment asking why they weren't returning my emails or answering the questions asked under the posts. Within MINUTES my comments, along with the others, were deleted. That means they SAW the comments, read them, then deleted them. I wrote another comment under their most recent post asking why they were deleting comments... They deleted that comment too. They KNOW people are furious and they just don't care. I have never had to file a dispute before, but I opened a case earlier today. This company is run by scammers. Please, please DO NOT SHOP HERE. Only gave one star because less isn't an option. As someone who runs a small business, I'm not typically one to leave a bad review. If I have an issue, I'll send it in an email. I placed an order because their website said fast shipping in multiple places, and said orders typically leave their warehouse within 24 hours. Even if it didn't, that was fine. Weeks passed though, and I didn't have an update on my order. I sent an email and Lucas quickly responded. I got very generic email that had no detail "we are checking on this order and will get back to you" I continued to send 5 emails over a week timeframe and never heard back. I asked for my order to be cancelled. I then received (what appeared to be an automated email) asking if i would like to continue waiting or cancel the order. I responded within minutes and once again, requested to cancel my order. I finally ended up having to contact my bank to dispute the charge after another week of waiting for a refund. The day after I did that, he responded to one of the emails and said he can't refund because my order has already been shipped. Incredibly shady business practices going on at this place and I will definitely never order from here again and highly suggest people stay away from this business, I truly believe at this point that they are scamming people. read more

On Feb. 3 I called and left a voice mail message asking if someone would please call me. NO RESPONSE. On Feb. 10 I called again and left a voicemail. NO RESPONSE. On Feb. 10 I emailed and stated that if someone did not get back to me I would have to call my credit card company to report fraudulent charges, because at this point it seemed I had been scammed. NO RESPONSE. On Feb. 11 I called and left another voicemail. I also emailed sales@crafthtv.com and lucas@crafthtv.com. I reached out on Facebook as well. FINALLY I started to get responses, unfortunately they were RUDE and SARCASTIC. Lucas responded, "Do you want your order"... to which I said yes, I wanted it two months ago. Lucas responded, "Well, you know we have your order in pending so saying you are calling the bank is unacceptable and a violation of your order terms that is agreed to when you purchase. So, that is why I asked the question. If you are unable to be patient and wait for a concise/clear response then I suggest you decide in favor of a refund. Posting everywhere/emailing multiple places just causes a traffic jam for other people asking for help, like yourself." I wrote back asking, "What do you suggest an acceptable amount of time to wait for a concise/clear response would be? My order was placed on Dec. 14... 58 days ago. Their out going message stated that they won't return phone calls. I left a message anyway with my order number and that I am in need of the items for a protect. They then responded saying that they would ship the items soon. Ordered because of a sale on a Saturday. Received email on Monday thanking me for order and letting me know id5be notified when it was shipped. I called Thursday because it still hadn't been shipped. The Customer Serive line notified you that your call will be recorded in case you act up and I should have known by then I was going to have issues. Rep get on the line. I ask if I can find out when my order would be shipped. Gave him info. He informs me that I ordered on a sale and can go to the website and read the information for myself. I asked why he couldn't give me the information since I had called and he again referred me to the website and told me it was not his place to read the information for me. I hung up and began to write an email to the company asking them to cancel my order. Before I could press send I received an email from the company canceling my order per my request. The vinyls are good but customer service is bad. It took a while to process my order, when I emailed them my concern was pretty much ignored. I called them and the voicemail greeting says that you're probably not gonna get a call back even if you leave a message, I still left one letting them know that I had already emailed, still waiting on that call. I emailed to complain about their customer service and I got a lovely email full of excuses. My initial problem was the processing time which after some good customer service would've become water under the bridge. But bad customer service? COVID or not, there's no excuse for that. Would like to give zero stars after the 15 days waiting for my order to be processed, it took another 3 days for them to tell me one item is out of stock and they will refund me for that item. Waiting another 4 days until my order is supposed to arrive. I had emailed and called daily 4 days in a row and finally got an email 2 days later saying they are "looking into my order" when I asked for an update on eta. I even asked some questions on their fb page and had comments turned off so I couldn't even communicate with the admins of the page, I messaged the admins directly for answers and the did not answer and it's now been 4 days since then. I would like to return and get a refund but have heard that they will take their time processing, you also have to pay for your own shipping back to them and they suggest getting insurance because they "can't guarantee they'll get your package", and therefor won't refund you. I ordered vinyl last Tuesday and did not recieve any shipping info by Friday. I emailed the "24/7" help and did not get a response. They closed for the weekend which I thought "24/7" meant 24/7! I called today and asked about my order. Said they did not know when it would be shipped out. I explained I need this faster and asked what can I do. The rude guy on the phone said there is nothing I can do. I asked why my emails were not answered.he said we closed on the weekend but that doesn't explain Friday.
