We did it one time just to see what would happen andWe did not regret it. Very simple very easy. And the piece of mind is worth its weight in gold. We were able to get my husband treated for Blockage of the arteries that his doctors never caught but we were able to see it on the scans so we got the ability to get ahead of it before it got worse.. We were able to buy a bigger package where we can go every few years and get a scan at A fraction of what it would cost if I went to a hospital or through my doctor. financing is so easy. As I went for my scan appointment the staff was extremely helpful. Reception area was clean and professional. When I was called back to talk about the scan the representative was extremely knowledgeable about what was going to happen and was able to show how well this worked and the results you could see. The technicians that worked the imaging machines were able to get it finished in a short time. Liked the fact that they emailed results to me promptly. I didn't subject myself to this - it was a gift. Imagine that, how about a shirt? No, crappy socks - a tie? Who wears ties anymore? All kidding aside, this is not a joke. The heart & lung scan was purchased as a gift for my wife and I, along with my mother-in-law (buyer) as a stocking stuffer. In reality, it is a common sense, indisputable idea, right? For the low introductory price of $79 at some event she attended, it seemed harmless enough and was grateful. What I do not and will never appreciate is someone attempting to one-sell me with high-pressure, fear tactics. That's right, you had to know it was coming in some fashion but not like this. You arrive and are greatly with a quick review of what your scan will entail with a hallway introduction to movie-sized posters, explaining the types of scans, services. No problem so far. Then the highly scripted, rehearsed BS starts. Rather than just letting someone ask on their own accord (remember, this is self explanatory and for many may make sense), you are repeatedly given examples of how this person had a tumor here, cancer there, a growth down below, an abnormality just out of view. If only they had bought these package scans, fun for the whole family! If you're lucky, the BS stops at about 60 minutes but our 'guide' let's us know the presentation normally takes 90+ minutes! She's pretty confident she's got the deal sewn up and informs us she's going to leave the room for a minute so we can 'talk.' Oh, there's a lot to talk about - how about being presented with cheap, laminated price sheets where 'today-only' bonus scans and prices are circled and scribbled with a dry erase pen. How enticing. Whew, better act fast - the time alone was just enough to do a quick search to validate my reddened rear end and read what other poor souls had said: The time they lost and the amount of fear tactics employed to get this one-set close done. For full sake of disclosure, I enjoy watching others present anything - educate, empower, make solutions and options known . . . it's what I do. I am a sales professional of over 35 years with training from IBM, Xerox, Cannon and more. As a national sales rep, major account rep, sales manager, sales trainer and solutions-based provider of decades, there is no such training that exists . . . at least by anyone with an ounce of decency about themselves. This is movie-like, high-pressure, fear-mongering theatrics at Quentin Tarantino Hollywood levels. Get me out of here, now - think, read what you want into it. When you are about exhausted, patience and politeness running out fast and finally presented with a price sheet, tiered options starting at $10,460 for x scans all the way upward to $16,800 for y, that may finally get your attention. I suspect you'll sift through the bologna-sausage long before and have your fill. Purchased the 79. couples heart and lung scan at the Tulsa Home and Garden show. We expected that we would be offered the chance to purchase additional scans but we didn't expect the incredibly hard sell that we were subject to. This place uses scare tactics and they try to prey on your vulnerabilities. The hard sell lasted over an hour and we would have walked out but we had already paid the 79.00. The salesman (and that is exactly what he was) is your best buddy until you tell him you are not buying anything else. They try to get you to purchase several scans and they even have a payment plan that you pay over several years. They show you all kinds of statistics that are intended to scare you into buying more scans. The hard sell lasted over an hour. It took him two minutes to show us how to read the reports that we would be sent. The actual scan took less than five minutes each. We would never have signed up for this had we known what we were getting into. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

i had a full body scan done by CRAFT BODY, I paid the 1,999. When I took the scans to my neurologist they were unable to use them the scans were so poor. I obtained copies for my records and my brother is a doctor and felt the scans were of poor quality. The nurse practitioner "since we don't see doctors anymore" ordered new scans, I had to get new 3 MRI's and a CT scan of neck and back. They billed insurance company 25,000. Something needs to be done. I will be uploading those scans next week so you can see for yourself the garbage I paid for. read more

I am in my 60s with a history of health issues so when I saw an offer of FB for a heart and lung scan for couples, I thought it looked like a good idea. We drove to their new facility in Austin and met our guide who was temping from their Nashville office. She went into her spiel in a hallway where she explained the company's history and services. During her presentation, she kept asking questions designed to sell us something. She confirmed it by frequent allusions to the usual cost and a deal we could get. By the time we moved from the hall to the office, about 40 minutes later, I was irritated. At least timeshares and vacation clubs are honest about the price for getting a free, or discounted, stay somewhere nice. I know I will spend 90 minutes being sold their product. Craft offers no such courtesy. When I told the salesperson that this seemed like a bait & switch, she said the company was proud to do exactly that. At that point, they lost any chance of my business. I tend to avoid unscrupulous, unethical companies because I can never trust them to be scrupulous or ethical. When there is over $10,000 dollars involved, I have to walk away To anyone who is considering doing business with them, caveat emptor. read more

My husband and I are retired and at our age I think it is important to know our health status, good or bad. We were very happy to be able to get a scan. This is a proactive scan with a report that we can discuss with our doctors to fine tune the care we need. It's good to know there are different options to regular healthcare. After talking with a knowledgeable sales representative (which be prepared you will have to do) You are left to make the decision for yourself if you want to go with a full body scan. We both chose to go with a full body scan and we were set up on a monthly payment plan. At first it sounds expensive and like an extra expense each month, but when you look at the big picture this is your health. What price do you put on peace of mind? Scaring people into purchasing more expensive scans is their mode of operation. Sherry kept saying "you are your biggest advocate". After the video bashing healthcare and "big pharma", she's asked "how did the video make you feel" ...we advocated for ourselves and walked out. I've purchased a package through this company. I had (1) one full body scan. that cost me $2495.00 the findings were interesting. nothing life threatening, (I think, the reading left me wondering, a lot. I was referred to my own physician, which I don't have)! I purchased a $7200.00 package that included other scans to be used over the next 8 years. I have a 90 day return policy. I've asked for a return on the balance because I will be moving and where I'm moving doesn't have a clinic anywhere close by, my 90 days end tomorrow. I started calling and asking for a refund on the balance close to two months ago, so far I've not received this refund. I was promised on April 28, 2025 that a check would be sent to my address with in two weeks. (Now, 5.16.2025), I've now spoke to Alicia, Jennifer (3x)s and Lydia, plus today Iris. Iris was hard at work trying to find answers for me, yet only came back to tell me, still yet another person would be in charge of this refund. The very CEO of the company named Mike would get back in touch with me, it was the first I'd heard of him, Alicia was the one everyone referred me to, responsible for this return. I'm not feeling very secure, with their response. The reason I'm writing this is to make sure it's documented and my calls don't get erased from the books. I had 90 days to ask for a return. My scan was 2.17, 2025 today: 5.16, 2025. Since I started contacting them. I'm looking for a check in the mail, that im due! I'll come back to update my situation as I'm paid the balance. If you sign up for one of their "specials" be prepared for an hour long aggressive sales pitch to finance body scan packages. The cheapest one presented to us was almost 16k at ridiculous apr rates. They are seriously like a timeshare and if you don't purchase you will be treated poorly and rushed out. If you love high pressure sales, scare tactics and timeshares you will love it here. read more
