The actual customer service was good, they even attempted to try and get me in my truck Well passed their operating hours, but they had called me, leaving a voicemail saying that the truck was ready to pick up and go, that was at 6:02 PM. I tried to call back got no answer. Showed up at the store at 6:22PM and the place was locked up, and my truck was stored inside, after calling about four or five different times someone was able to answer and had just said that they had hoped that I would call right back immediately. So I picked my truck up the following morning as I had to take off work in the morning to do so, as well as my partner in order to get me there, when I got into my truck, there was debris from changing the windshield all over my dashboard and seat seats as if they did not try to vacuum or clean up the vehicle at all, Just a little bit of a frustrating experience, but nonetheless the windshield looks great and everybody from what I know tried to do their best and give a great experience. I spoke with the employee at the front when I picked up my truck, I just told him that it's probably advised to not leave a voicemail to a customer that they can come pick up their vehicle way after hours of operation and then proceed to leave within 20 minutes, the employee should've just left a voicemail saying that the truck was finished and able to be picked up in the morning and just apologize for the delay. Again, I really appreciate them, trying to get my truck to me after hours, but it was just poor execution.
