Wonderful dispensary to get your household goods and cosmetic beauty supply. This is indeed a…read morepopular place very well known for its everyday low prices. They do not have any other stores, just this one. With it being in this location, makes it very popular for those crossing the border trying to get deals. There are indeed deals to be had here. The store can get crowded at times because it is rather small and cozy. If you would like to visit, suggest early in the morning when the crowds have not arrived yet. You will have more room to shop while dealing with less crowds. What makes it so attractive. You should pay a visit and go find out yourself. Who doesn't like a bargain!
If you want cheap toiletry or personal care items- you can go wrong at the Lung Shing Dispensary…read more You might be left wondering why of all the personal care/ dispensaries in Tsim Sha Tsui, all with their own flashing neon lights and welcoming staff; that everyone will decide that they would like to stand out in the heat and queue up inside this antiquated shop. The answer is quite simple: its cheap. Everything you find in here will be cheaper than anywhere you can find in TST or for that matter- Hong Kong. You will not get any friendly service or a nice shopping environment to let you choose what you want; its a smash and grab situation where you head in there and just take anything you see as if you were breaking in. The constant number of tourists both inside and outside the shop will also remind you that its not only locals that come here, many come across the border specifically to stock up on these items and there is nowhere else they would choose but this place. This shop is a sight to be seen in a sense, I think a lot of people from abroad will find it interesting how hoards of people are piling into this little shop and literally climbing over each other for some soap. Forget about paying by credit card by the way- its cash only and that's the way it is.

She followed me around the store, constantly pressuring me to make a purchase and even tried to rush me to the checkout. She repeatedly misled me about a VIP promotion, claiming I'd get a coupon I could use right away. When I asked if it applied to the lipsticks I was interested in, she said yes -- but conveniently failed to mention it was only valid on a $150 minimum purchase and limited to certain brands. After I spent time carefully picking out items, the cashier informed me the coupon couldn't even be used on most of them. It felt like the whole thing was just a tactic to boost her commission before the end of her shift. I honestly don't understand how a major store would hire someone like that -- dishonest, aggressive, and clearly not focused on customer experience.

So what puts the 'Supreme' in this Sasa outpost? According to their website, it's a concept store providing a comprehensive cosmetics selection in addition to beauty and styling services. What I noticed: an open layout, tons of space to roam without bumping elbows with anyone, so many more products than the regular Sasa stores, and better product availability within certain cosmetic lines. I didn't end up going home with any cosmetics (I tend to prefer department store lines), but I did find my beloved Nuxe line and at a very competitive price offering. I took home a large shower gel and a shampoo for about $225 HKD - not bad for this French line that smells sensual yet fresh (in a 'warm' kind of way) at the same time. I also have the perfume (purchased in Paris) and so many strangers stop me to inquire about my fragrance. It's a good one! I'll definitely be back when it's time to get my hands on more Nuxe goodies.

If you've never seen it, it's the most adorable pink doll house and what it houses is a myriad of beauty items that will enchant you. I endorse their sheet masks and lip tints!

I remember when they first opened in Hong Kong last year, you had to wait in line to get in. Even into the late hours of the evening there is a line to get in on a weekday. I thought i was the only one on vacation and didn't have to work the next day. Their products are affordable, and they sell items from face mask to nail polish to hair products. I go crazy over their nail polish..I love how they have the graduation nail polish sets where you can give your nails an ombre look. They also sell tools for you to make designed for your nails. And when you checkout, they give you samples. Their face mask leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. There's just so much in this store it's hard to decide that to buy. You also don't want to go too overboard. The place gets really pack and they do have crowd control when it gets super busy. I always make a trip to come here everytime I'm in Hong Kong. I absolutely love this place and i'm really hoping they will open on in SF soon.

This location is…read morelocated on Bute Street in Mong Kok next to the footbridge that connects Grand Century Place/Mong Kok East Station with Mong Kok Station. The store actually has three different entrances since it takes up multiple storefronts. While Bonjour is known for their cosmetics and fragrances offerings, it has commonality with the two drugstore chains, Mannings and Watsons. While cosmetics are the main offering, Bonjour has a nice selection of drugstore products. Particularly Chinese medicines and healing oils. And the prices seem to be the same or better at Bonjour than at the two drugstore chains based on a product comparison I did on a few items. The store also has a nice food and snacks selection including some that are imported. There is even an area here in the right side back of the store that is full of Japanese snacks and groceries. The only issue with this store is that the aisles are small and the checkout location seems to be oddly placed near the middle of the store. If you are looking for a drugstore item, you should check out Bonjour to see if they have it. You might save a few bucks here rather than going to one of the drugstore chains.

I stumbled into this location while wandering around TST and found my experience to be a solid one. The sales women are very helpful, not pushy and can speak English. You can receive free samples after meeting certain purchase minimums, which they display at the register. I purchased the "My Lash Serum" which is apparently great for growing lashes, several eye liners both liquid and pencil, and the Collagen moistfull essence-in-pact powder. You will find that many of their products only come in one color, but they allow you to test any product, which generally is translucent enough to fit most (Asian) skin tones. I am generally looking for Asian cosmetic products that are hard to find in the States, and I highly recommend this brand and store for it's cute packaging, affordable prices, and stress-free shopping experience (compared to Sasa)!

The store is always clean and modern, smells nice and no sales person will bother you with greetings while you peruse. The biggest selling point are the prices! Miniso also carries high-end knockoffs at a fraction of the price, like their perfumes, headphones, cell phone accessories, electronic facial cleaning brushes, and humidifiers. They also carry small leather goods and sleek handbags and back packs, for all under HK$129. It's a fantastic store for small household goods like hand towels, vanity mirrors, and home fragrance. I picked up a non-Bluetooth selfie stick and stick and very cute nail polish for cheap! My only issue about this location is extremely narrow and crowded. It's very uncomfortable to walk around if there are a lot of shoppers as you're trying to navigate on top of each other.

Upon entering, the space feels highly curated, with clean design, soft lighting, and a calm atmosphere that resembles a showroom more than a typical retail shop. The store's primary focus is home fragrances, diffusers, and perfumes, all presented in an intentional manner. Rather than overwhelming customers with excessive options, the selection is tight and well considered, allowing visitors to take time exploring each scent. The fragrances themselves lean subtle and refined, avoiding overly strong or artificial notes, which aligns with the brand's overall character. It was somewhat difficult to identify specific notes and scent profiles, but staff members assisted by explaining these details. Employees are approachable and helpful without being pushy. They effectively explain different scent profiles and guide customers toward options based on individual preferences -- whether seeking something fresh, warm, or more musky. Visitors are not rushed, which supports the slower, sensory experience the brand appears to prioritize. Pricing is on the higher end, but it remains consistent with the branding and product quality. Overall, Hetras Hong Kong is a well‑designed, calming space suitable for those interested in home fragrance or minimalist lifestyle brands. The experience and aesthetic take precedence over rushed or purely transactional interactions, and the store executes this approach effectively.
