Told me as you can see from the photo. The exposed beams have no sealant or primer. They cut corners and found out from Behr they should have used more than just 10 gallons to cover the deck as each 5gallon should be a double coat and only for 72 ft.² Not to mention, the siding of the house is coming apart and they did not do any primer or paint in one area that shows you the incompetency of this individual. Do everyone a favor avoid them like a plague or some kind of 2020 virus if you know what I'm talking about. Fransisco is heartless.

It ran me $260 - but with the cleaning, tree trimming, gutter cleaning, sweeping/brush clean up, and all the other extra work - it was a steal!!! (Uh-oh). We got an IMMEDIATE response and a date within two days, to do the job. He and his wife are very courteous, prompt, and beyond reasonable. There was communication when he was leaving to arrive on the job. Wilcio did such a great job on our sad looking brick, that we asked if he would also do our side yard and patio. He cleaned both additional areas the SAME day! Wow. The entire job took about four hours. He has good power equipment, knows what he's doing, and as I have said before, his services are BEYOND reasonable. He is a hard worker, and professional. On an interesting note, Wilcio was born in Haiti, has an American wife from Tennessee AND has been here for 10 years. He speaks three languages (French, English, and Creole ).
