I have been a home owner, renter and landlord. When I moved back to the Southern Illinois area, I decided to rent for awhile. Luckily, I found a CR Holland-owned property that had just been remodeled. The home had been remodeled quite nicely, but what I am most impressed with is the customer service, responsiveness and friendliness of the employees. I had a water leak and the within 24hrs, the leak was fixed and the flooring (including sub-flooring) was replaced. I had a minor electrical issue and they took a team approach to solving it. Highly impressive! If you are looking to purchase or rent in the Belleville, Scott AFB, O'fallon, Fairview area, I would definitely recommend contacting their office first before looking at other companies in the area. read more
