The office staff at DR Barry Hendrix office does not go out of their way to get to know clients, to…read morehelp clients or to accommodate clients. Three different staff members (front staff) will give clients, three different answers. They are rude on the telephone, will not answer basic questions and will get quite antsy when it's something they don't know the answer to. They will actually tell you to call your previous physician for an answer to a problem you've seen them about. The DR's may be ok, but you are only with the DR's for a few minutes. This all concerns the office staff. The office staff can make or break a business and this office staff is falling short, in fact at the complete bottom.

They are terrible. I have hypothyroidism and can never seem to get my refills on time because the…read morenurses never answer the phones or return calls. My boyfriend broke his arm and went there. They were supposed to be making an appointment for him at an Orthopedic doctor in Jonesboro to reset his arm. He sat at home with a broke arm for two days. He finally called the doctor in Jonesboro to see when they could get him in and turns out the Doctors Clinic hadn't even sent them the paper work or X-rays they needed. Their computer system is super slow and hard to work. The nurse taking the information literally had to pull up Google and search how to use their computer system and the name of a lower arm (wrist) so she could get an x-ray for my boyfriend. She them couldn't remember her passwords and had to go "find" them and left us sitting there forever with my boyfriends arm broke. It's a terrible place. We will not be using it again.
