They sure were able to call me multiple times when they originally sent an invoice for me to pay for the course. Very disappointed in this "school." I agree with other reviews. You should go to TCC or another community college to get your phlebotomy certification. It is through an accredited college that will be able to back up their certifications. ***Update***: They still never got in contact with me, so I had to take them to court for them to refund me my money. The CEO of the company was a rude man in court, even to the judge. The court made judgement in my favor and required the company to refund me the total amount I paid. CAUTION! Do not go to this school at this location or any other. Save yourself the trouble and the money.

Ok..I'm not criticizing the quality of instruction, but this is clearly a VERY expensive option. I…read morebelieve they're franchised and likely have overhead costs that drive some of this. But check my math: monthly lessons for $360/month. To make it easy, assume 4 weeks per month...so that's 4 lessons for $360, or $90 per lesson. Here's the real kicker...they're 45 minute lessons, not hour long. So, $90 for 45 minutes is $2 per minute. If you extrapolate this to the standard 1 hour lesson (I mean come on, you only offer 45 minute lessons?), then it's $2/minute x 60 minutes or $120 an hour!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? $120 per hour? You can get a professional engineer designing a spaceship to Mars for that rate. Ridiculous. Work a standard year at those rates and you're pulling in $240k. Yikes. I wouldn't be surprised if the monthly rate and 45 minute sessions are all part of the marketing to hide the fact they charge over $100 per hour.
