Most Horrible & low class hotel ever!

The hotel outside and inside did not look very good & clean. After I checked in and went to the room it gave me a huge shock, I couldn't stay in this hotel. Next 2 hours I had to search another decent hotel and checked out from CPH Studio Hotel. I blame Hotels.com for selecting this very bad quality hotel and renting to their customers with false information, I am demanding my money back.
The reasons I had to check out in first 2 hours of check in:
The room is very small.
It looked like a jail cell.
Floors were dirty.
Bed was very poor quality.
Pillow had stain.
The walls and roofs had many holes and nails.
Sharp sheet metal nailed in next to the bed side wall.
Big plumbing pipes are visible from the bed.
Bathroom is very small and sink is about 6"x12" (inches).
No air-conditioner.
Very hot air pushed in, they call it ventilation!!
I was feeling seek in 30 minutes.
The Hotels.com described FREE PARKING, I rented a car and there were no free parking. You have to find a free public parking nearby... again Hotels.com published false information. The reality is, if you can't find a free public parking you will get a ticket for 750 DKK.
I am really shocked with the hotel selection standard of Hotels.com. The way Hotels.com described the standard and features of this hotel I was attracted and booked this hotel and got scammed. I paid advance for this hotel and Hotels.com sold me a wrong product with false information. Now I am paying for another hotel which makes no sense. I hope Hotels.com will understand this situation and never sale this CPH Studio Hotel and refund my money or whole world will know about this sad incident with many pictures to prove.
Finally: Hotels.com reviewed and understood my complaint. They contacted CPH Studio Hotel and refunded my money back. I am happy with Hotels.com's customer service. I like to request Hotels.com please never ever promote/sale/patronize this kind of low class hotels. read more
