During this time a customer often had to call several times to get through, especially to a person. This has changed. People can now find respirators. I have found that when I had a problem, NW Medical was quick to COME TO MY RESIDENCE and replace what wasn't functioning. Getting parts, like hoses and other parts has become MUCH easier. Of special mention is JOYCE. When a part wouldn't arrive in time, she brought it to me when she was done working. People here go out of their way to help those of us with issues. Many customer complaints had to do with circumstances surrounding NW Medical, not the company or employees themselves.

I used one of Biioskin's knee braces. It worked well and was comfortable. We bought the first face mask; theyt were good but the second generation with a nose clip is better and the third generation mask with a filter pocket is the best: fits well, full coverage and is comfortable.
