We used CP Shutters for our house and also my business (once we'd seen how good they look!) While Chris and his team were very particular about the installation (I hadn't realised that there was a light switch in the way - they noticed immediately and figured out a solution!) I liked that they were done fairly quickly and we loved the shutters. I can't recommend CP Shutters enough, they are AMAZING! I called Chris and the very next day he came to my house, explained everything to me perfectly and left me a very reasonable and affordable quote, with no pressure or incentives to make me decide there and then. He was so friendly and polite and answered all of my silly questions. When I ordered a few days later he told me they would take 7-9 weeks to be installed, 6 weeks later he called me on a Friday evening to tell me they were ready for installation. He remembered I worked during the day so offered to come that Monday (3 days later!) after work at 6:30pm to install them, and he was there waiting for me, as he said he would be, when I got home - and it was the day of the London tube strike! He installed my shutters quickly and with great craftsmanship and they look fabulous, I can't stop looking at them.
