    Going to diagnostic imaging center most likely unpresented for many people. I put up with it more than another people if the service is not super bad. Waiting time is always long even I have an appointment. Front desk was nice and the technician was polite and professional. The place seems to take up many floors so, the direction in the building is so confusing and sometimes need to be guide by a staff.

    I went here for an x-ray of my shoulder at the advice of a doctor. After a bike accident where I fell on my shoulder, I needed to make sure I didn't have a hairline fracture. I called the number on the website and they told me I can just come in anytime before 530 for an x-ray no appointment needed. So that's what I did on a Friday afternoon at around 4:30 PM. I have to say this place isn't as fancy as a brand name hospital such as NYU Langone, but it's perfectly fine. It wasn't crowded and I was able to get in and out within an hour. They promptly sent my x-ray to my doctor, so by Monday I was able to find out I did not have a fracture. And the cost was under $50. And they accept credit cards

    Changing area not being sanitized after each patients. I think they just do it from time to time

    My husband signed me up for Sollis Health after I had a painful double dose of conjunctivitis and a…read morescratched cornea - I travelled to their emergency 24/7 clinic in the Upper East Side and was seen by a doctor who gave me antibiotic drops and a prescription to pick up the next day. However, I was not given clear instructions on how often to administer the eye drops. Critically, he also told me it would be fine to put back in my contact lenses a few days later, advice that turned out to be faulty at best and dangerous at worse. The next day Sollis reached out as part of their "aftercare" service via text message (this after care service doesn't seem to be administered by medical professionals but by administrators). I answered that I wasn't sure of the dosage, and wanted to double check the contact lens instructions, and didn't receive a reply for 24 hours. What followed was a back and forth for the next two days of confused medical care, in which they couldn't get hold of the original doctor who gave me the prescription. (It seems he was a contractor who was busy on other jobs outside of Sollis and they had no fast way to contact him). Eventually, they asked a different doctor to call me who gave me entirely different medical advice, just adding to the confusion. That same week I complained to Sollis, asking that my membership be rescinded - I was either happy to pay for the one time I had used their care or for one month, but I didn't want to be beholden to a medical service that couldn't get a service as small as conjunctivitis/a scratched cornea right. After endless emails and phone calls with different management, who said all the right things but didn't actually do anything, the best they told me they could do was to untick the annual renewal button - so that I wouldn't be automatically charged for another year once my membership ended. Over email they admitted that "this is not our standard of care" and asked that I give them "the opportunity to regain your trust". Ultimately, they admitted that they messed up - and that their communication was patchy - but wouldn't rectify it in any meaningful way or give me an out. Ultimately, the standard of care and the service was worse than my local urgent care while costing thousands of dollars more. This perhaps isn't surprising given their low rating on Glass Door as an employee (see this link: https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Sollis-Health-Reviews-E1973166.htm) What I've found out since is that Sollis Care is essentially a glorified urgent care, with a shinier website and shinier waiting rooms and shinier marketing. They don't offer real emergency services (if you have a heart attack, you go to to ER). They don't offer any specialised services (if you have skin issues, you to a dermatologist, if you have postpartum issues you go to gynecologist etc, none of which are included in the price). If money is no object - and having things like a nicer than average waiting room and instant appointments for things like Covid Tests or ear infections are important to you - then Sollis might work. But if $3,000 plus a year is a meaningful amount of money for you (like it is to us) and you actually value your health, I'd strongly recommend finding a family GP or a good urgent care instead. They will be far cheaper, much more responsive, and, most importantly, they will focus less on the glitzy website, the fawning "customer care", and the obsequious "membership calls", and more on the thing that actually matters: good, solid medical care.
