At all points of the work, Dave and Terry ensured that we were informed of the progress and asked for decisions when needed. They cheerfully answered questions and concerns that were raised as well as accommodated minor changes. The end result is a much safer home with a circuit layout that makes sense for modern usage. Our home is up to code with the work passing the ESA inspection with flying colours. We will be able to inform our insurance provider we have completely mitigated the risk of aluminum wiring. I am going to heartily recommend the Next Phase team to all the owners in my community to ensure all of the homes are brought to the same standard of safety and increased property value.

The same Moen valve was less than $175 anywhere else online or in hardware stores. I was told that what I received was a higher quality than available elsewhere. Further checking with Moen told me that they only made one quality level. I requested more info from Doug Clark but was told that I was being a nuisance and that if I registered for the warranty with Moen, then Doug Clark Plumbing would not be responsible for any more support. Needless to say, I am not happy with their response. I should have requested a quote beforehand. I strongly advise anyone dealing with Doug Clark Plumbing to do so.

The staff at Outram are friendly and easy to deal with. They setup an appointment to access our needs, and they showed up when they promised to. We received our quote quickly and it was not only more reasonable than a larger competitor (who promised a quote three weeks in a row before we received it), but it was delivered when promised. Their technicians were great and also identified a potentially dangerous exhaust setup done by our heating/cooling technician. We are very happy we chose Outram and would highly recommend them
