Finally arrived in Baton Rouge and they came out and looked at the bike to see what parts I needed. Unfortunately they only had 3 out of 5 of the bolts I needed. They even tried to see if they could find some used ones they were willing to give me for free to help me get going but none of the shop guys had any. Either way, 3 of them was enough to make a difference and hold it in place and I didn't get the other two until I made it to Arkansas. They spent a good 30-40 minutes helping me find the right parts and look for what I needed. I bought some poker chips as well. Great customer service! On top of that they had a really good selection in the showroom and the customer/HOG lounge was outstanding! They even gave us some free bottles of water since it was a bazillion degrees outside and we were melting. I would definitely recommend this location.

I arrived at 9:30 AM and asked for Logan, who showed me several ATVs within my budget. After two hours, I selected one, and it was sent for servicing. While finalizing paperwork and preparing to pay in full at Logan's desk, he excused himself and returned to say he needed his desk for another customer. Frustrated by this dismissive treatment after investing over two hours, I told Logan to cancel the paperwork and that I'd take my business elsewhere, expressing my dissatisfaction firmly. I then purchased the same ATV at another dealership for $1,000 less than Logan's "best price" and was home by 3:00 PM. Friendly Power Sports lost my business due to their poor customer service.

Extremely disappointing to place a deposit on a side by side over a month ago that was waiting for…read moreparts. Parts arrived and was told they were having issues programming the ecu and a new ecu would have to be ordered from can am. Another week or two goes by and no update so I make a call and speak to Casey which tells me they have to send the entire bike back to can am and here is your deposit back. I've spoken with several dealers as well as can am about this and all have told me that's a lie I also thought I was getting the shaft so that's why I did my homework. The truth goes much further than a bunch of excuses and lies. Poor business on y'all's part. Think twice about buying from this place
