I waited for another Tow Company, which I wouldn't dare mention their name, for about 3 1/2 hours only After calling every hour on the hour, finding out they weren't coming at all. AnyWho, ONE call to this company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes and they were there in 28. The customer service was great, very accommodating, huge truck, which let me sit in the back very comfortably. They got me to my destination and "thanked me for my business " before I could "thank them for their service..." This driver took two hours to pick up my car. Then he left it at my residence with no notice and…read moreparked it blocking in my running vehicle. I went to find the key and it was nowhere to be found and the car had been left on the ON position. I called dispatch and was condescendingly told I just didn't understand where he left the key, before being hung up on. I called back and threatened to call the cops and then magically someone was coming back by to move my car and give me my key. He once again does not knock on my door. We come out at 9 at night to find him in my car attempting to disassemble my steering wheel, without permission, using a broken piece of metal. And he had a tow up on the wrecker. No intention of moving my car. He then tries to force me to sign a paper saying the key is in my car and I won't let him retrieve it (instead of that he possibly dropped my key into my steering column and expects me to let him take it apart and I'm refusing to let a dumbass who can't turn a car completely off work on my car) and stating that he left the key with me. (He kept screaming at us demanding he be allowed to do it and telling us how nice he's being). While I'm reading the paper he watches my husband move out of eye line and lunges at me to grab the papers from me. I turn and move further onto my property and he comes after me and puts his hands on me trying to get the paper. Finally I tear off the paper's he's trying to get signed to show my insurance company evidence of fraud and toss his clipboard in the road since there's no way I'm getting near the man who grabbed me. He calls the police because I took papers with my vehicles info on it that he doesn't need. He also tells me he's going to lie to them and say he never had the key to begin with. He gave them conflicted stories. Cops were very comfortable telling him to leave when I was ready to file a report for harassment and assault. He slammed the door and they gave him a look. He's lucky he got to take his tow where it belonged and didn't go to jail. If I catch him at my house again there won't be a second chance. Key is still missing. Won't know if Jason stole it until the column is disassembled. Don't use them. Not only are they rude and violent but they're idiots. Can't even turn a car completely off.
