Verizon had a trade in offer of $1000 to upgrade to the newest Galaxy. My old phone was in perfect condition and there were no issues but from my history with phones when things go bad I tend to have to upgrade immediately and they offer very little to no money for non working phones. A representative from this Verizon Wireless location called me. He told me that he saw I was interested in upgrading my phone but was wondering why I had not finalized my decision. He then asked if he could explain my options and walk me through different plans and devices. Thankfully Verizon's website has all the information you need to do everything online and explains everything very well. I truly appreciated the young man's call and if they did not close so early and charge $40 for me to come into the store I would have possibly did my upgrade in store. Either way the location provided excellent service. I strolled online for a few days trying to decide if I wanted my new phone mailed to me, have an associate come to my house and help me set it up for $40, go into the store and have someone do the upgrade also $40 or pickup the phone from the store and do it myself for free. I'm not sure when they started charging customers to come into the store for upgrades but if a phone cost over $1200 everything else should be free. I chose free and decided on having the phone placed in a locker at this Verizon location after I purchased it. I received an email once my phone was ready for pickup. I love that they have a locker pickup option and allowed me to get the phone at my convenience. When I arrived the store was closed. My pickup email gave clear instructions on how to retrieve my purchase from the locker. It was a painless process that took about 3 minutes, my phone and receipt were in a bag inside when I finally opened the locker. Although I did not have face to face contact, this Verizon location exceeded my expectations. I left feeling confident in my purchase and extremely satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely return to this store in the future if I need help with my phone or to purchase accessories.

The att services never began before june 20th upon in store initiation of services. From june to August i am overbilled by att because the store location made errors that caused the over billing. I was never given an apology on August 17th when i arrived at the store after being placed on hold for 45 minutes. I was in the store for over an hour and not provided an apology a corrected billing nor services resumed because my services is suspended through over billing and errors made through inefficient management at this store location. I requested a Regional manager number and name the in store manager refused and told me he was no longer on the clock. I contacted att customer service to assist me with resolving this issue. ​​

Let me explain- My daughter's phone fell and the screen cracked caused by the sudden stop white falling. This sudden stop did occur many times during the course of owning the phone. Not only that, it became inoperable. After her and I conversed trying to figure out how to get the phone repaired because she did not have insurance. After she experienced a total recall Fix & Style has always been her go to for cell phone repairs. I met up with her to retrieve the phone and scurried on over to the Fix & Style. Walking in, I spoke to Anthony Terry. Mr Terry said that he would take a look and it would take about 25 minutes. 25 minutes later the phone was fixed and I was on my way to retrieve it. My daughter was truly amazed at the repairs and was ecstatic that she had a place that always came through for her. She found Fix & Style to be dependable and she highly recommends this place. so choosing a $192.59 repair over a $1000 replacement was the smarter move. So now I've paid fuck up & style $224 for nothing and still have to pay apple $169 to REALLY fix my phone which I shouldn't have to pay at all but my apple warranty is now void because of a third party part f&s put in. If you already have a warranty it's not worth going to them, I recommend taking the time and getting it done the right way

The associate also confirmed that the devices were physically present, but we were told that the phones available there could not be used to complete our upgrade and that the devices would instead have to be mailed to us. There may be a technical, promotional, or inventory-management reason for this distinction, but it was not made clear from the app or from the customer's perspective. We came to the store specifically because the phones appeared to be available there. Learning that "available in store" did not mean available for our in-store upgrade made the information functionally misleading. The associate was not the problem. The process was. We ultimately left and moved our service to Verizon, where we were able to obtain new phones that day. If JUMP! upgrades are subject to different inventory or fulfillment rules, T-Mobile should explain that clearly before customers travel to a store expecting to complete the transaction. The devices were present. The customers were present. The upgrade program was present. Only the ability to unite these parties in commerce was missing.
