Five stars for the awesome customer service! We were having issues with our wifi lately- we stopped by and instead of being rude... or acting like we were dumb, they genuinely acted like they cared.... and listened to us! Since they couldn't get a technician over today, they sent us home with a replacement box to see if that would fix the problem until Monday... no extra charge or anything. Oh- and when we were leaving the store, the representative that was helping us, followed us out and held open the door! It's the little things, keep it up, Cox! Cox is the absolute worst company. They might be as bad if not worse than at&t. We're paying for very spotty service. It should not take an hour and a half to watch a 30 minute Netflix show. They'll give you the run around in the store and on the phone. I cannot wait to get out of this deal. Would not recommend to anyone. No stars from me! read more

cox cable is a rip off. I ordered a ISP/cable tv service. I realize they only had one of the three cable channels I watch. I went for ISP service with them.When the tech came to hook it up he said was going to get the slowest hook up. I told he to stop what he was doing, They lied to me saying I would get the fastest service and it wasn't. A supervisor named Tong said he could do me a deal for 29.99 and he would call me in thee months to do a new deal so I would get the same deal at the same price. Tong didn't call me and cox raised the price to 89.00 I call customer loyalty they set me up with a deal that would be 29.99 when I went to pay they raised the price to 34.00 and change. when I called customer loyalty they wouldn't give me the price I was promised. I told them to stick it. Now they are bugging me to sign up for a deal to pay just under 35.00 a month. They charge to send out a repair person but they DON"T tell you until the next bill comes out.
