When we met Danny, we took a weekend trip to Texas. The weekend we spent with Danny was a fun time getting to learn about him, and he learned about us so that we knew we were on the right track to find the right home. We needed to find a place to stay quickly once we move to Texas and during the weekend visit luck was on our side, Danny has a fully furnished Airbnb that we decided to rent while we search for our new home. Once we moved to Texas, we rented the Airbnb. I met Judy pretty much accidentally, when I was about to give up trying to buy a house after a few months of rejections (by realtors, and by loan officers). My situation was not a typical one, having extremely limited resources and hoping to finally be able to buy a house for myself, at my old age. Since the beginning, when I met Judy, I could sense something very special: a realtor who truly cared, not only about her job, but mainly about her clients. She was amazing at explaining the whole process I'd need to go through to find a house, in a way that made sense, was clear to me, and made me feel that I could actually get to the point of owning a home. Judy detailed each and every step we needed to follow, the search, managing expectations, the details of the negotiation process, strategies, and the outcomes. For the first time I had truly been given not only all of the information I needed, but I had also been treated like the intelligent man I believe I am.
