Please do your research and support a company that recognizes veterans service and their agreement to follow Federal Law. Case #2022CV032033 has cost a 100% disabled veteran over $240,000 in legal fees defending veterans rights that we earned, instead of paying Hi Point Home Builders and their lawyer a ransom to settle. My Mother and I were touring their home. My mother stepped out of the back porch and tripped on the edge between the porch and the living room area, on our return to the inside, my mother commented to the realtor that it would be a good idea to put a sign "Watch Your Step." so that someone does not trip and hurt them selves. We were told by the realtor "Huh, no one else seems to have an issue the entire week. Then the owner said " There is nothing wrong with this house." And then both told us to get out, or he would call the cops. All we did is suggest a sign so at least people were warned of the step up/down. Also to prevent him/them from being sued if someone fell. He was extremely rude and all we did was offer a suggestion. All they would have had to say is " Thank you, we'll take that under advisement. I would NEVER buy anything from Bella Vita Custom Homes or Bella Realty in the present or future. EVER.Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.
