The store is very nice on the inside, it was enjoyable to walk around and look at cool collectibles. They also have a clean bathroom which is appreciated. They have all kinds of different collectible cards and some other collectors items. I noticed some football helmets and jerseys. We came in to ask some questions about my husband's well preserved childhood Pokémon collection but their Pokémon expert was not working today, he's normally off on Fridays and Tuesdays the manager said.

Whether you're into graded cards of Bob Clemente, new arrivals of Drake Maye, Topps Allen & Ginter boxes and blasters, or Pokemon, Ross Cards & Collectibles has it all. The two guys managing the store today were kind, helpful, and did not stand over me as I reviewed the cards. A quality of service I appreciate. I want to review in peace without judgment and peering eyes. Could I have shopped on eBay and WhatNot? but why paid an additional 100-200% mark up. Its better to support a local business than get robbed online. I came away with some cards that I wanted and I will definitely be back on the regular for more Drake Maye and perhaps some T Henderson as my Pats are back on top. Thanks Ross Cards & Collectibles and Go Pats!

My oldest has a Traxxas T-Maxx, it needed quite a bit from sitting for about 3 years. They serviced, changed out some parts, and got it running. Very-very reasonable on shop rates! If you need RC service, this is your place. They have a light inventory but will get you what need/want. Great customer service!

After getting home and setting up the car, it didn't even reach 25mph. I figured, no problem, I'll have my PA call and arrange a return so I can get something that works. Well, no go, they flat out lied about the speed then, they wouldn't even help resolve the issue. Given that my kids are so young, they've lost a decade+ of patronage and guaranteed I'll just take my chances online. I mean, how could online shopping be worse? At least most online retailers would accept a return.

During my visit, I found high-quality model kits, including a Huey gunship helicopter and a 1979 Pontiac Firebird. Their selection of specialty crafts is also excellent. I was able to pick up a stained glass kit and a soldering iron for a new project. Additionally, I found the perfect picture frame to display a concert photo. An employee Roberto was looking at my perplexed face and said, " I can get those down for you. How many do you want?" Kudos to Roberto for recognizing an issue and acting on it before me or anyone else pestering him to go get the ladder. Young man, Roberto, that intuitive customer service will take you places.
