The mirrored Gulch Crossing structure hosts the Raymond James name on the exterior, and Raymond James owns the entire fifth floor. Our advisor Rex was informative and professional as always. In fact, everyone with whom I spoke, from the receptionist to the tech department, welcomed my visit and proved quite helpful and accommodating. The building itself is gorgeous, and that pristine conference room yields amazing views of downtown Nashville! The facility has a parking garage down below and at Demonbreun street level. They do validate parking, but the first hour is free anyway. Their associates will meet you anywhere in town, but from now on I'd prefer to spend more time in that beautiful, clean, modern space while being advised by the best associates in the business.

Jill Rosenberg the branch leader took me at the desk and was checking to see if the person who would usually do this was available turns out he was busy with another customer. She immediately willingly took me to her office and did it herself staying an extra 20 minutes to make sure I got what I went there for when she didn't have to do that. I just appreciate how willingly she was was to help me.
