Not many people in line and all four lines had one car ahead of me so I waited a whole 3 minutes. The teller #2798 was very pleasant and was taking care of her customers in a very professional and efficient way. Always saying, please and thank you to everyone. Also, the smile on her face was not fake but exhibited great care as her voice inflection sounded true and authentic in her Customer Care attitude. Great job! I reread the reviews and it appears to me that they were written by people who were in a hurry but who expected immediate attention. Well folks, disappoint is always around the corner if you are getting there during the rush hour. This does not help you. If you're in a hurry that situation can be frustrating. People, plan your day! It's not about you, it's about being patient and having a good attitude. That next time was on a Saturday too & sadly, they don't have anyone available for the CDs. We were advised to make an appointment and the senior lady took our number & told us someone will call us. We told her they can book us for the 21st but there's no call nor any shadow of that call she promised! I had to book online for the 28th of September. We were able to talk to a banker Angela and she took our info but she advised us to get a complimentary financial advice with another banker, assuring us Javier even if he's not scheduled on Saturdays, she said she'll have him come. We agreed and she scheduled us for the 5th October, sent a calendar appointment & I accepted. Come October 5th & upon arrival, NO Angela & No Javier. Instead, we were talking to that senior lady again told us Angels called out sick, no Javier either as he's not scheduled on Saturdays. The senior lady said they tried to call me during the week but I didn't get any of it, nor even a short voicemail. So in conclusion, DONOT do your banking here!
