We have visited all of the Dr.s at the practice several times over the years, and while they are all great, we love Dr. McWilliams. Appointments never feel rushed and they always take the time to answer all of our questions. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The nursing staff is extremely warm and welcoming when we come in and is happy to give advice over the phone. We've even found ourselves needing after hours assistance a few times and their nursing staff who monitors the phone has always gone above and beyond to make sure my child is healthy and safe; not to mention very reassuring to stressed parents in stressful situations at all hours of the night. It never feels like an inconvenience when we call. The doctors on staff are equally well trained and knowledgeable. When going through our visits they make a point to speak to my child and get her input directly in how she is feeling and make sure to never push her if she is feeling anxious about certain parts of the visit (I.e. checking ears if not truly necessary). They also keep the parents in mind, making sure we understand the full scope of whatever we're dealing with and preparing us with all the necessary resources to give our child adequate care. I really cannot recommend this practice enough. From primary care to sick visits, we've never had a bad experience.

She has been the pediatrician for my daughters from newborn to teenager. She is just wonderful with them and I couldn't be happier with the care they have received. I thought it was a little weird that as new patients I couldn't call and schedule a new patient appointment. The office process is to drop off all of my children's medical records for the doctor to review and once accepted as new patients, i could then schedule appointments. It seemed kind of extra to me and almost caused me to look for another pediatrician but I am glad I didn't! The office staff is always pleasant and so helpful, whenever I have had a sick kid issue they were always able to get my children in very quickly and whenever I've needed paperwork they have always been more than accommodating. You can't ask for anything more than that. Neither of my children have ever seen Dr. Dominey (who I believe is the owner). My children always see Dr. Schollenberger or a PA depending on the severity of their issue and I love Dr. Schollenberger! She relates well to children of various ages, stops to talk to the parents and explains everything out fully. When you leave you never have any questions as to what's going on and what is on the path for your child! Who could ask for more than that.

When you go you are forced to choose one of the six doctors for your child and after that when you call you always need to choose their name from the phone prompts. The problem with that is a lot of times you cannot get in contact with someone on that doctors team and you may need to call multiple times until your can speak with anyone as their phone lines are always busy and you are stuck in phone tree hell. Sometimes if your child's doctor is not available they might be able to squeeze you in with whomever is there. If that happens make sure you know any medical history issues as not every doctor there is chatty or likes to be bothered with these last minute appointments and they are not afraid to show a little attitude about it. The doctor they see is really nice guy and is very easy to talk to. His big problem is that he is super conservative with his prescription dose and usually you will have to make two sick visits to cure any problems because he is always "afraid" to write a prescription for too strong of a dose. So every time one gets sick, it's double the office visit co-pay and double the prescription co-pay. He also likes to write prescriptions for drugs with no generic equivalent. (And the office never has samples. I've asked multiple times.) ABC is a big LVHN corporate practice that is good because they have access to the network's resources but like any other large corporate entity do not expect to feel like anything other than a number and usually you will be processed thru the office very impersonally and you might want to consider a smaller practice if that's not a trade-off you want to make.

He consistently takes the time to talk with us and frequently asks, "Do you have any other questions?" We have used the advice line and got either immediate or 30-minute responses. The office is small, so you do not feel like merely a number. The staff is really nice too. Our son is still an infant, so no sick visits yet, but well visits have been informative and pleasant. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they do not have any late hours at this location. This means any doctor visits require shifting schedules or using vacation time. Of course this is a non-issue when it concerns my son's health, but late hours one day a week would have been great!

Dr. Smith is also very kind and caring and good at making my little one feel safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, he is a little too much of a growth chart stickler and made me panic unnecessarily. He also misdiagnosed a common condition which didn't respond to the treatment recommended. Dr. A is my daughter's regular doctor and she has been much much more conservative with the growth charts, balances seeing the child as a person more than a data point, and also correctly diagnosed her issue. So while both doctors are good, I like Dr. A better so far, and Dr. Smith I'm not so sure yet. Maybe he was just having an off day. Overall this is a great practice.

Examples- what is on food labels that is bad, what to look for that is good, etc. I drove an hour to see her & will continue to do so. I will say she was very quick with her appointment, but I am not complaining at all. She's been doing these wellness visits for a long time & knows what's normal vs what's abnormal. She seemed like just more of a fast-paced person- my husband and I didn't take it personally & didn't feel rushed at all. We got a ton of great quality information in a short time. Also, the office staff was awesome. I spoke to them a few times on the phone prior to the visit & the staff was so nice when I was there in person today. If you're looking for a doctor that is looking to help keep your kids healthy & looking for alternative medicines other than *only using western medicine (or a combo of western + natural) Dr. Caso might be a really good fit for you. 5/5.

I was so disappointed in my experience here. I was so excited to finally find a functional…read moremedicine pediatrician only 45 minutes or so from me. I decided it would be worth the drive! I want more wholistic care for my baby. I came with a lot of questions as we are going through some health needs with her and I have had concerns about the conventional treatments. Dr. Caso wouldn't let me finish a sentence! She decided she knew what I was going to say before I said it and wasted our appointment telling me everything I already knew and never addressing the things I didn't know. Dr. Caso has an alternate vaccine schedule but was completely unwilling to talk about why. When asked specific questions she "didn't have time to discuss conspiracy theories" but neither was she willing to discuss her concerns and what she is seeing that causes her to believe an alternate plan is necessary, or how the one that she follows is better and solves the perceived issue. I would like to know why she is doing what she is doing. Show me that your way is better! What articles can I read that educate me on your point of view? What information is out there that gives me confidence that this is best? I expect scientific information and a doctor that has come up with her own plan better have a good reason and should be ready to discuss it. I don't need a conclusion, I need the science that is behind her method. I think that is a reasonable request. She was also very rough with my daughter. She grabbed her and started poking around her privates without ever looking at her, speaking to her, making her feel safe. It was very aggressive and uncalled for. An exam was necessary, that treatment was not! She man handled my daughter and is the first person my baby ever cried for! I also do not appreciate that the scale is in the hallway and I had to carry my daughter naked in front of 3 teenage boys and a full waiting room. Not acceptable. She may be a baby but she is a person and deserves some dignity. The whole experience was very negative. I nursed her in the car because I could not get out of that office fast enough. I will go back to my conventional doctor that cares about my daughter, is kind to her, and treats her with dignity and respect. She will take the time to answer my questions the best she can and I will keep doing my own research. So very disappointed.
