They are the sweetest couple and literally had smiles on their face the whole time while working in super hot rooms! They answered every question and even gave us more information that we needed and didn't think to ask. They worked well with our insurance and helped us know what was covered and immensely made that process easier. They were very efficient and curteous. They worked around our crazy schedules and always wore shoe covers and never brought any smells or dirt in with them (they definately aren't smokers which is a huge plus for me). Their time estimations were super accurate as well. They boxed everything in our rooms up and moved it to the garage for us and constantly checked it to see how it was doing. I asked about having 2 trees removed including the stumps that were on the fence line of me and my neighbor. They were able to quickly give me a quote and even said there would be no problems moving my fence and putting it back to grind the stump. I had already gotten 2 other bids to compare costs and they were the only ones that mentioned moving my fence to grind down the tree stumps all the way. They also had the best quote. It was a crew of 4 that worked on the trees. I was amazed at how fast they removed all the tree limbs. One of the trees was very close to both me and my neighbor's homes. I was very grateful for the care they took to make sure none of the tree limbs had an opportunity to damage our roofs. I was also really impressed with them grinding the stumps. So if you are looking for the best all-in-one solution for any water damage needs, especially commercial water damage for larger buildings or schools, I would highly recommend getting a quote from Bob before making a final decision. He was extremely knowledgeable and he had alll, I mean all, of the equipment needed and more to get the job done quickly, which limited the damage and saved us probably about $40,000.
