I called Covenant Cleaning service on short notice, in need of a carpet cleaning for a rental I moved out of. They were quick to arrive and on time. I was greeted by a very friendly man named Wendell. He was extremely polite and professional, and worked thoroughly and quickly. He left the house in perfect order and did not leave any mess behind. The transaction was entirely painless and was everything you could ask for in a carpet cleaner. I also very nice conversation with Wendell, breaking the mold of the typical style where you just let the worker work and pay when they are finished. He was enjoyable to interact with. Sigh...I really want to give Covenant Cleaners another great review but I had a terrible experience when I recently booked them to clean our windows and our gutters. Joe drove up to Huntingtown to write out an estimate on the work. He was about 1/2 hour late but he seemed honest and professional and got my estimate back to me via email that evening. I was able to book an appointment for the next week. When the appointment time got closer, Joe contacted me to reschedule. No problem. I scheduled it for my day off and spent the morning of my appointment moving around furniture to make it easier for him to do the windows. 1/2 hour after the appointment, Joe still hadn't arrived and I hadn't received a phone call or text. I checked email and he'd sent a message about 1/2 hour earlier stating that his transmission had slipped the day before and he wouldn't be able to make it. Ok, stuff happens (but I wish he'd contacted me on the phone the day before!). I rescheduled for my next day off. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. No phone call, no email, no text. I sent a message to inquire if he was okay and I have yet to hear back. Two days off wasted just waiting and my windows and gutters still need cleaning. Maybe he just didn't feel like driving up to my neck of the woods. I'll never know because he never bothered to contact me so I can only assume he doesn't need the business. read more

Do not use this company. I hired them to clean a rental house and after the cleaning there was a smell of cat urine left in the house and I spoke to them 2 times and they promised to take care of it and never did. I called many times with no response to my voice message, no answer and no email reply. They would not provide me with a receipt that I requested. I would not even bother! It was not a good experience. read more

Two years ago Covenant came and cleaned my windows inside and out. They did a fantastic job and Joe, the owner, told me that next time they would be happy to clean the gutters as well. Last week they were a no show and I received an email saying that they were sorry (it was do to a small fender bender) and they would come back at the date of my choosing. Joe also apologized for not letting me know and leaving me hanging. Today they we're supposed to come back and it was another no show! I took off work twice and as great a job as they have done in the past, I just can't afford their total lack of dependability! read more

Hired Covenant to clean my sofa and love seat. I have two dogs that shed a great deal and use the couch throughout the day. I have had the sofa and love seat for almost 10 years and the job that Covenant did was absolutely amazing. They look new and don't smell like my dogs anymore. I will certainly by using them again for not only for my furniture, but also for my floors. On top of the great job, the price was also very nice. I highly recommend Covenant. read more

I called and set up my carpet cleaning one week in advance. The day came and 20 minutes after the appointment time I called their office and got voice mail. I left a message asking where they were and asked them to call me. I waited another hour and left another message and texted them too. They never showed up and to this day, 3 days later, I've never heard from them. I had moved everything out of my bedroom which was a big job. I just can't believe any company could be so rude and inconsiderate not to even return my calls and not to show up. Never use these people. They must not be a real company. Certainly not one you can trust. I see from the reviews they did this to someone else. I wish I had read her review first! read more
