Day of my doctor appointment and nobody called or showed to pick me up! Absolutely horrible customer service. Every time i call this company, nobody ever answers the phone. If you make a transportation request online, they probably wont even see it. Its frustrating having to deal with this organization because, they never seem to want to do their job. The customer service reps, can range from "i cant be bothered to help you" or taking their bad day out on me.
