Douche bag tried to tell me its at the customers discretion, sorry. Which i would have undestood had they told me prior to handing them the jacket in the first place. The only way to get my reimbursement was to say keep the jacket just give me my money back. End result you essentially own a stained jacket now for a shitty review in return. I brought 5 articles and after being asked what needed to be done, the lady gave me a "are you…read morekidding me?" look and rolled her eyes. I ended just giving them 3 articles to do after this kind of response. During the pinning session for hemming, she was extremely aggressive, ordering me to turn and when I turned the wrong way, she'd yell at me "Other way!". I dropped it off on Sunday and had to pick it up by Thursday. They told me to come back in 30 mins from the time on the receipt. All they had to say was an aggressive "I'm sorry" before retreating to the back room. When I came to pick it up, I realized how poorly my skirt and dresses were hemmed. This is how crooked their hemming job was after I've ironed. To think that their one job is to help fix and dry clean clothes, they can't even get the simplest hemming process done and dry cleaning was overlooked.

The Customer service was horrendous! The condition of the sheets was poor with material and threads from other clothes all over my curtains! They asked for more money to fix the mistake that they made. Please beware and consider going elsewhere!
