Unfortunately, I did not take any pics. I happened to be in Paris during a big fashion event so local hotels were anywhere between $1,000-$2,000/night. I didn't want to pay $550/night for a dirty, shoebox sized room, so I decided to stay a little further out, the RER B metro line was very close, took me directly to and from the cdg airport, the area felt very safe and clean. With two metro lines so close, it was super easy and inexpensive to go into the city. One night I stayed out a little too late and had to take an uber back to the hotel, it only cost me about $15 euros, not bad at all. read more

Two for only the beds and daytime front desk. I am in Paris on vacation with a friend. Of course I encouraged use of Marriott here and I'm totally wishing I hadn't. Let me explain. Upon arrival we checked in and were placed in two rooms. One room had a horrible smell we could not get rid of, even with windows open and spraying room freshener. It came back, so we had to be moved. The other room had an odor too but the front desk stated no other rooms available until the next day. Staff at desk was pretty rude about it too, guess he needed a nap. The next day, day time staff was happy to move the other room. That evening after touring the city, we got back to the hotel and prepared to rest for the night. The rooms were cleaned but there were no clean towels and the staff took the ones we hung up. The TV changed from English to French suddenly, even though it was English all day and night the night before. Night time staff guy was rude about it, said they would send a technician in 15-20 minutes about it and no one came to correct the issues. The next day, which is today we reported the issues and explained the night staff problems, they said that sometimes happens with the TV and a technician would have to reset it. Cleaning staff provided the fresh towels but the TV was never fixed. This evening when we returned after all day touring the city, the TV was still not fixed. When front desk was asked the gentleman rudely stated the TV is not in English and won't be in English because we are French. There's also no YouTube or Netflix. I explained the Tv was working in English before and he repeated the same thing again. The daytime staff, as well as HE HIMSELF, had stated previously that this happens sometimes but now he was just being mean. Of course we check out tomorrow but myself and may other guests have stated we will not be returning. The bar is RARELY staffed, the night time staff, which is who most of us will deal with since Paris shuts down fairly early is horrible and the hotel definitely needs updates. No food here, everywhere closes early and clearly so does the hotel staff. If you can find somewhere else, try that. Thanks read more
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We appreciated the kind and helpful staff, the cleanliness and the amenities. The staff held our bags since we got in well before check in. A restroom area in the lobby was sufficient for a quick change a to freshen up as well. There is a small market inside that sells food, alcohol and sweets. Right across the street is a mall and a lot of eating options. You can arrive here by B Train (Laplace) or M4 (Barbara) and both are a 10-15 min walk depending on your speed. Moderately quiet, some ambulance sirens here and there. The room was clean with electric kettle, refrigerator, and espresso machine. My favorite part was the breakfast. Many options with cold cuts, bacon, eggs, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee options, cheese, cereals, etc. Everything was quite tasty. Be aware that this location is about 45-60 mins south of Paris' heart by metro. It's easy though. One can take one or two lines to get where you need to without problem. For three days, we were able to use the ten ticket metro/bus/train per person. Also know that metro B's Paris ticket does NOT count since it's outside of Paris; the M4 line DOES work. read more

It is a great location, 9minute walk to the B train, and directly across from the mall where Monoprix (supermart) is located for daily needs. The rooms/beds were clean but appears to need updating. Staff is courteous and place is secured area. It seems like they have construction behind the building, so there were a little bit of noise. (Understandable). They have a breakfast buffet in the AM everyday and also a coffee bar that is convenient for your drink needs. As a first timer in Paris, one of the front desk agents was helpful enough to direct us as much as they could. Everyone speaks English, which is great for us, Americans. read more
They have fresh water that is great. Get it from the front desk and they'll get it from their "fresh" spout. That is how it was presented to us. Anywhoo, this would have been a higher rating had not been for the surliness of the staff upon a late (pre-announced and requested) late check-out. I desperately hate when people think they can talk about you under their breath or in another language thinking you won't understand. Mais Dieu o Dieu seul le sait we are native Louisianians so I had to have it translated for me because I chose not to learn french and barely can make it in patios... but I'd prefer to have you tell me to my face than say it behind my back. That aside, here's the deets on the property: across the street from a mall, theater next door, 5 euro ride to the Catacombs. Wifi is unstable and when it works..... it works. The american style restaurant across the street stays open the latest but the hotel restaurant closes early and doesn't open on Sundays. We wrapped our trip here before leaving Paris and I will say, I'm glad we stayed in the city closer to everything the first few days and wrapped here staying closer to the airport. The shuttle doesn't exist. They call a taxi and it's like 60 Euros. I think we did Uber share/carpool. We didn't take public transit as we should have once we checked in here. read more

You get what you pay for. Stayed for one night while hopping around France. Pros: Fairly priced, next to a mall, nice lobby bathrooms. Cons: Lacks proper management it seems. Story time: Checked in right at 3pm, nice and easy check-in process. Walked into the assigned room on the 3rd floor with the bed undone, someone's change on the counter, bathroom not cleaned, lights on, personal items everywhere... I was taken aback. I've never walked into someone's room; felt extremely uncomfortable. The night goes on, we get some rest, the beds were fairly comfortable. 9am we get a loud knock on the door and it swings open. The cleaning lady. She's apologetic and explains to me that I need to put the do no disturb sign on my door... Even though checkout is at 12pm. It's 12 and we're checking out, the main elevators aren't working...so we're trying to figure out how to get downstairs, a worker takes us through the back employee elevator. All in all, the 18 hours we were there weren't the most comforting. They charged us 9 euros for using wifi but then waived it. The little things add up that make the overall experience less enjoyable, especially when your tired from traveling. read more

Stayed at the Marriott in December 2019, Fallon in the dining room was such a great host. Theresa at the front desk, with short grey hair, blue eyes was extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Infact the breakfast selection was beyond excellent. Great job ladies. read more

Visited on 9/25 for seven days. I'm a Marriott Gold Elite member and visited France and EU several times. We arrived at 2:45pm on a Tuesday and we were told there would be an hour wait before our 2 rooms would be ready. Check-in is 3pm. We asked for a manager and was told it would be about 15mins. We waited nearby the front desk in the lounge area. An hour later, my wife approached the front desk to ask for an update. She was told the rooms have been ready for 30 mins. Why the front desk staff did not alert us to this fact, when we were 20 feet away, is puzzling to me. After waiting an hour for the room, they give us a handicap room. Sigh. After calling back to the front desk, they corrected to another room. Upon returning to the hotel one evening during our stay, we wanted to have a snack and some drinks in the restaurant. There was a large party still in the restaurant. Amal, a lead waitress, tells us the kitchen was closed as we enter the eating area. Another waitress comes to table where we sat, and informs us that the kitchen is still open and what would we like. Amal did not provide accurate information to us! The waitress that served us was helpful, but whenever Amal came to the table, she had an bad attitude and abrupt service. She forgot my son's drink from the bar which was ordered at the same time as everything else. We patiently waited until the food and drinks were brought to the table. When we asked about the missing drink, Amal says the bar is now closed! She was rude about it and treated us as if we made the mistake. Very poor service. The next day I informed Ms Parrot of the situation, a manager, she remarked she was surprised this happened and I should not have gotten this type of treatment. I asked the manager for a simple apology from the waitress prior to our departure which was 2 days away. The manager agreed that this was a reasonable request. Two days passed by and upon checkout, I asked for a manager to inquire for a follow-up. Ms. Parrot was there and told me that an apology was not going to happen as Amal said she did nothing wrong! I was extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. On a positive note, Antionette, part of the front desk staff, was very pleasant and helped us with a few things needed during this stay. read more

I love to travel a lot and for me hotel and food is very important, I come To Paris a lot and I was looking for a decent hotel and finally was able to find this hotel right outside of Paris, I loved everything about the hotel. Easy access to Paris center. Hotel staff was amazing and breakfast is one of the best breakfast you can have in europe. Restaurant staff is so accommodating, I met a wonderful staff name Fallon, she was super sweet and so accommodating. Not only she assisted me with the menu and amazing vegetarian omelette she also guided me with the public transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel. read more
Location was not the greatest for touring Paris, but it was not to bad except for the fact that the A/C did not work. In turn they gave us a fan to blow around the hot air inside of the room. They stated that it's winter, so the buildings heater was on, but were we were visiting from was 30 degrees colder, so we were hot. We did not get much sleep in the room on top of the beds are hard as the floor. The upside was the staff was helpful and they had free WiFi and breakfast. read more

Conveniently located - near shops n restaurants. Staff was friendly. Especially,Clara, she was the best. Sweet, smart and very helpful. Goes beyond the call of duty. She goes that extra mile which is rare to see these days. Thank u Clara! You're awesome! read more
Stayed here for a weekend during a trip to Paris. Let's get it out of the way that the location is pretty bad. It's near a mall and nothing else. It is, however, about a 10 minute walk from the RER B which makes accessing Paris relatively cheap and easy. Check-in was done through the Marriott app so when I got there, I just showed ID and I was given my room key. They had upgraded me to a room with a balcony (overlooking the mall) which was nice. The room itself is standard for a Courtyard. Comfortable bed, desk, decent amount of space. The bathroom was nice and the shower was exceptionally comfortable. Everything else was fine--I didn't have the breakfast, wifi (free for Platinum, ridiculous charge if you don't normally get free wifi through Marriott Rewards) worked well, and staff was pleasant. It's a 3.5 star hotel but I'll give them 4 since everything was so easy. read more
We stayed here on our first leg of a 3 week trip all over Europe, saving our Marriott Points for the South of France and Rome for swankier digs...this little Courtyard is a gem! Super clean, well staffed with friendly people, and the biggest plus is the beautiful (and complimentary if you are a Marriott Platinum member, otherwise it is 20E) breakfast. Huge. You can actually eat it and not eat for the rest of the day nice. Hot eggs, sausages, tomatoes, potatoes, nice bread and pastry, yogurt, fruit, cereals, veggies, tons of fresh fruit and citrus. Even if you aren't Platinum and have to pay, it is well worth it. Wifi is free for Platinum members too, paid otherwise. Free only in the tiny lobby. I like the area here, it's quiet and out of the touristy craziness of downtown Paris. Just a short train ride in and out from the RER B station right down the street. TIP: If you're here, make sure the LAPLACE station is lit on the board, or the train will not stop there! read more

Pro: room r big and clean, bed r really comfortable, breakfast r tasty, good quality and lots selections of food, Con: far away from Paris, everywhere u go sightseeing u need to take train about 20-30 mins ride. If u plan on shopping specially expensive items, take taxi back to hotel, about $30-40 euro back from mid paris area. Wifi is only free at lobby, in room r $7 a hr or $10? Per day If u don't might the distance from downtown paris, this is a good choice or hotel read more

Modern hotel, close to Laplace metro station, friendly staff (who are much better with English than anticipated). Can use Wi-Fi in restaurant and (very small) lobby or pay $15 euros per day for use in your room. This was the cleanest, most modern and comfortable room we stayed in during our Gate 1 trip to London, Paris and Rome. There was an American outlet in the bathroom, which was helpful, and they have a little shop in the lobby for purchasing essentials such as toiletries and water...pricey, though. There is a fridge and a window that opens slightly with a mall across the street. Note that this hotel is pretty far from tourist destinations and would be a pricey Uber or cab ride or typically multiple train transfers for us. A direct train to Notre Dame if you are doing hop on/hop off bus or boat tours (which are SO worth the money). Great hotel but we would likely not stay here again due to the location. read more

Convenient location to Orly. Food in the restaurant was fantastic! I really needed a lift from hoping there countries and they delivered. Room is Marriott standard. Need to update the chargers and other modern amenities. Overall very good place to rest and recharge. Will come back again. read more
I stayed here recently for 6 days and what made this hotel stay a good one was the friendliness of their front desk staff. Other than that, this would have been just a 3 star review. I got a really good discounted rate but in general it's pricing is not over the top and it's on the RER-B train line which is very convenient since it goes straight to Charles De Gaulle (took me 45 mins to get there but leave yourself an hour at least), Gare du Nord, Notre Dame and Chatelet station which transfer you to almost any other line. So while the location is not in central Paris, if you don't mind spending some time on the train the location of this hotel is great. It's right across the street from a mall which has free wifi (not always reliable) but compared to the very expensive wifi at the hotel it's a godsend if you want to check email. The mall also comes in handy for a quick and cheap breakfast, although I found that not a lot of employees there spoke fluent English, but I still managed to get myself set up with a prepaid sim phone plan My biggest problems with this hotel was the fact that wifi was expensive, breakfast was almost 20 euros and completely not worth it and I had a hard time printing out my boarding pass at their business centre thanks to a really annoying printer. But I guess not everything is perfect? Oh yeah...I also could not find the ice machine anywhere..should have asked someone about that I suppose. Our room was very nice, spacious and comfy. The washroom was a little on the smaller side and their shower door was such that it's a huge task to not have water spill out on to the bathroom floor. The TV channels were obviously mainly French, but you get CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera and 2 or 3 more british channels so you have enough TV to keep you entertained (if you don't speak French) while you get ready in the morning or before bed. I would definitely say give this location a shot if it's in your radar, it's also pretty close to Luxembourgh, the Pantheon and the Catacombs if you want a short trip and all those locations have a good choice of restaurants and cafes as well. read more

Stayed here for 1 night. Room was pretty standard. As a platinum guest I was given free breakfast which was surprising as Courtyards in US don't have breakfast. Breakfast spread was good... scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, fruits, cereal, coffee, juice. There's a mall opposite the hotel where you can park your car if driving in. You do hear some traffic noise in the room because of the location of the hotel. Would stay here again. read more

At any cost, for your own good, stay away from this place, cleaning staff went thru our bags and stole money my fiancee and I had in our bag. And as we heard later this wasnt the first time something like this happened! Take care if you are staying during the work days and weekend because they will do it Friday (police stations and everything slows down for the weekend) or a night before you are supposed to check out. They steal between 200-300 € so 1. you think you actually spent that money somewhere, 2. to try to stay under the radar for bigger thefts. They must probably doing it in scheme together with management who was apsolutly uninterested and even rude in our situation, we didn't even get a one decent "sorry for this happening at our hotel that you paid to stay at not to get robbed but to enjoy safely your staying" after all the inconvenience this caused for us - from stress to loosing our last day in Paris in a police stations just so we get an official report that was for nothing. Finally, we could put a tent on the street and stay for free if we wanted to get robbed in a manner like this, main function of the hotel is to provide you safety and comfort which this hotel is far far away from!!!!! read more
