I have been…read morehere two days in a row and there is only one teller and at least a half hour wait to get to the counter for a simple transaction. People have been waiting in the drive through for at least 15 minutes for sheer lack of tellers. The tellers are not particularly friendly, but the big issue is that there aren't enough workers scheduled for medium- to high-volume times.

I have used CFFCU twice since 2015. First loan was for a motorcycle which I paid off with no…read moreissues. The second loan which is current, I got a great rate with no issues. I paid the first loan without any payments being late. Onto the second loan where this month my bank account was compromised for a 25.00 bogus echeck. I had to change accounts etc. I had a payment scheduled to CFFCU which didn't go through due to the account being on hold. I called CFFCU to let them know what was going on and asked if the late fee could be waived. Soon as I asked that, Terri acted like I was lying and asked if I had proof, which of course I have plenty. When I said I did have proof, she stated that it was against Federal law to wave late fees due to possible discrimination. WHAT??? I've never had a banking institution under those circumstances refuse to waive a late charge. Needless to say, due to her attitude and lack of willingness to help, I will never get another loan here nor do I recommend this institution. I don't like being accused of lying, and I don't like being lied to. Stay away from this place, something isn't right...
