**One star - Do not waste your time or money here**…read more I have had two alterations done by this lady on work pants and she failed to understand what was being asked of her. She was told to make my pants look like a reference pair I brought to her and she assumed all she had to do was alter the hemline, which did not need any changes. Then she was asked at a later time to patch the crotch for two of my favorite jeans and she put stiff stick on patches which she sewed on top, making the area extremely uncomfortable and stiff. When I told her that she did a subpar job, she got offended, didn't charge me and sent me on my way, directly or with the help of her son or husband, it's hard to tell, who also has a crappy attitude. My suggestion is: fix your own or take it somewhere else. This place is a rip-off and a scam. Do not trust this lady with your clothes. She does not care about your satisfaction or quality. She only cares about making money off of you. Stay away from k&a alterations and find a better service elsewhere.

Explain to me that he would have to pay a fee in order to be able to take plastic. But what he doesn't understand is that I would be willing to pay part of his fee. I wanted to put the hours the business is open in the description, but no list of hours can be found.

You could do your laundry and right outside the window kids were riding their bikes, people were waking the dogs, people were laughing, etc. and then the beautiful view of the old buildings across the way was just the icing on the cake.
