Communication throughout the project was severely lacking. The contractor was unresponsive, failed to provide clear updates, and did not follow through on commitments. The lack of professionalism and accountability was evident from start to finish. I strongly recommend that others do not use JCM Masonry and Paving for any paving installation work. When I say old-school, I mean they cared about customer satisfaction and the quality of their work. Between plumbers, landscapers, and contractors, I have had a lot of bad experiences lately. However, Just Cracks showed me that there are still tradesmen who have pride in their work and care about the customer. They responded to me right away, made every effort to avoid being disruptive to my neighbors and I, and they cleaned up after themselves (believe it or not, that last one is rare these days).
