Part in stock, and they will look into whether it is covered by warranty (6 years old, 10-year warranty) In the past they have also quickly repaired a broken wheel (twice - different wheels, same airline baggage handlers!) and been very helpful with the airline claim. I might also add that the "review" by "Ben" doesn't ring at all true. This is a great business, and I would be gobsmacked if there were a better luggage repair option anywhere.
