LIAR AND A FRAUD!!…read more This woman Shelley is a liar!!! We had our Goldendoodle puppy picked up on Saturday morning at 6am in Missouri coming to New Jersey. She told our breeder and us that she was expecting to be to our house by Sunday evening give or take. Once Sunday comes, I shoot her a text asking when we will be expecting her and she said she was in Indiana. She gave us some lame excuse that she was "sick" and really trying her "best". With this whole global epidemic going on, we were petrified that our puppy was even in her care not knowing if she was a carrier for Covid 19, when she was telling us she was "sick" and "too tired" to drive. There was barely any communication. We were told there would be pictures sent of our puppy, and she'd keep in touch her whole drive. We received one set of pictures, and they were not even good ones. She would not reach out UNLESS I texted first. Scout was expected Sunday, which then turned to Monday, which than turned into Tuesday. He was supposed to be delivered to our door, thats what we paid for. Instead we had to go meet her on the NJ Tpke along with Scout's brother Baxter who was supposed to be going to Boston. Baxter's parents decided to take the 5hr trip to come pick up their puppy instead of waiting another 2 days. Our breeder is incredible, she has a very good friend who had used Shelley 5 times with zero issues, thats why she felt comfortable using someone she felt was reputable. She was sadly mistaken, and everyone else who was supposed to be using this service cancelled their trips with her. On Monday when were all at our witts-end, she was right outside of Pittsburgh which was about 6hrs give or take from us in NJ. She threatened to turn around and take our puppies back to Missouri without a refund if we were not okay with her getting a motel for the night and "supposedly" taking our puppy into the room with her, which all of that violates our breeders health contract with her even taking them out of the car. When we put all of the pieces together of to trying to figure out where our boy was the entire trip, we figured out she had been driving a total of about 5 hrs a day. In a total of 3 days, she drove about 12hrs. There was NO REASON for her to go to Indiana, along with Pittsburgh. Our puppy along with many others she was picking up and dropping off were locked in a cage for a straight 4 days. When we finally got Scout in our hands, he wreaked of urine and could tell he was sedated of some sort, also again with the whole epidemic going on and with her saying she "wasn't feeling good" SHE KISSED OUR PUPPY GOODBYE!! This whole thing turned out to be a huge mess. Long story short DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. She is a liar and a fraud!!!!

This place is a joke, I took my baby there and yes he had lots of hair and I understood they may…read moreneed to cut him a little shorter then the normal length this isn't my first rodeo with him having tangles but this is the third time I took him to this spot. The first time was ok but still very short the second time that groomer did a great job on both my babies. But this last time I literally thought they were bringing out the wrong dog no kidding. I mean they shaved his face and tail why??? They could have at least called me and asked me if I was ok with them shaving as much as they did. My baby has zero hair left. If they didn't want to take the time to try to comb it as much as possible they shouldn't be in business, I don't know who the owner is but clearly I've been warned by others posting this same issue so shame on me for giving them another chance. But most of all shame on the owner for poor business practices, if I could give zero stars I would because this place is over charging way to much to not satisfying their customers

I gave them a one star because there was not any lesser to give. I dropped my wife's dog (golden…read moredoodle) off and gave them specific instructions (twice) on how to cut him. There was a dog in the office with a similar cut I described. I told them do not touch the tail or the ears. When I left, they seemed to understand. We picked him up a few hours later and I thought they had given her the wrong dog. He got into the truck and he looked as if he had entered boot-camp. They had cut every bit of hair off him with the ecception of about a two inch puff on the tip of the tail. My brother saw him and asked when we got our blue-tick. For those that are unaware a blue-tick is a hound dog. I should have known better and "had" told her to take him somewhere else because last visit when I picked him up, he was gapped so bad it looks like a four-year-old had gotten hold of the scissors and gave their own haircut. Those with children remember those cuts. My advice to you is if you find yourself near this business, hit the gas and don't stop. Unless you want your dog to look like a survivor from P.O.W. camp.

I entrusted Glamour & Grooming with the care of my 6-month-old puppy and was very disappointed with…read moremy experience. Before boarding, I specifically explained that my dog eats too quickly and will vomit if fed too much at once. I offered to provide his slow feeder and gave clear instructions that he should be fed slowly they refused and promised they would feed him slowly. Despite this, after watching the camera he was fed approximately 4 cups of food at one time in a regular bowl. This was the exact situation I was trying to prevent. I was also concerned about the amount of potty breaks he received. My understanding is that he was only taken outside about twice per day, which I do not feel is appropriate for a puppy of his age. Another concern was the way I was treated as a customer. I monitored the cameras because I wanted to ensure my puppy was being cared for properly. In videos that were sent to me of my puppy, I felt that I was being ridiculed and mocked for checking on his well-being. As a pet owner, I do not believe that caring about my dog's safety and treatment should be met with that kind of response. After learning about prior allegations involving the facility, these experiences raised additional concerns for me about the quality of care and professionalism provided. My review is based on my personal experience and concerns regarding my dog's treatment while in their care. Pet owners should ask detailed questions and make sure they are comfortable with a facility's practices before leaving their animals there.

Didn't even give the puppy buyer her bag of food that we sent for the pup, the 2 people we spoke to were not at all on the same page and it seemed the owner didn't even know what was going on, had no real info on her driver or his route. They didn't require a health certificate or even ask for vet records. They were not in a van like they said, but rather a smaller SUV so I can only imagine how cramped the cages were which means any animals that were sick could have easily contaminated the others! Puppy buyer said when she was finally delivered, she was terrified, shaking and did not want to be touched. Then they had the audacity to call our buyer and yell at them saying that all of this was her fault because she wasn't prepared and should have paid extra for private transport! What!? I in no way would recommend this company to anyone and would highly advise against using them!
