Our A/c was still under warrantee but the manufacturer had no parts, a three week delay. The loss of rental income would've been a disaster. CAM HVAC was there in the breech, with a competitively prices A/C installed the same day. The rentals were saved. We had to set up our washer and dryer in the garage of our cottage, where they would soon freeze in winter. CAM HVAC, though extremely busy, installed a natural gas heater that keeos the garage at 40 degrees and warms it to room temperature in minutes. They came in a couple hundred dollars under their estimate. The crops were saved again! CAM HVAC is and will be our go to contractor for this kind of work, and annual maintenance. Nice guys and solid skills.

I had the inspection and the plumber found a leak in my crawl space. They also found 2 other items in need of repair. I agreed to the work. They did a good job and were great to work with. I'm not convinced one of the items really needed the repair. Not long after, I found water accumulating between my hot water heater and my furnace. MGP came out and determined it was the pressure relief valve on my 3 yr old HWH. There wasn't any water in the pan under it. The valve was replaced and a recommendation for an expansion tank was made. I chose not to do the tank at that time. Within a week, i noticed the water accumulating again. I called my HVAC company. They said it was from condensation on the AC line coming in. It did not require any repair and would stop when the humid weather passed. It has. I contacted MGP to complain. The office was very nice and said they would have the owner call me. He did call. I missed the call and called him back. He was driving and didn't have my file and said he would call me back. He has not. I am dissatisfied. I would like a refund for the part replacement that wasn't necessary. The company is responsive and does good work to my untrained eye. I felt the prices were high and that they looked for things to repair each time they came out. This and the owner's lack of response has left a bad impression. Therefore I would not recommend My Guy Plumbing. I will make sure my neighbors and others in my senior community are aware of my experience.

I have seldom met a contractor that makes so obvious the enjoyment they experience by impacting the lives of their customer, and every member of the crew follows that example. Regarding quality, Magic Touch asked me frequently if I had questions or concerns, and it was very difficult to find flaw in any square inch of their work. It will be very difficult to convince me to allow any other contractor to make improvements on my home. The quality of this work is, without question, worth more than I was charged. That being said, good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good. I have never before had the pleasure of a home improvement project going so smoothly while producing such a high quality result.
