And, in the end, my tank is not filled despite my request to have it filled. There are a handful of other propane providers in the area. Choose them over Lakes Gas.

On June 9, she told me she would not draft anything and that I would have to sign a blank lease form on install day -- with terms that didn't match what we discussed (e.g., sample lease showed a 330-gallon tank, not the 500-gallon we agreed on). When I asked for basic written confirmation before the crew arrived, she told me to go elsewhere if I wasn't comfortable.
