When our system suddenly failed just 2 days before Christmas, Marc's Sheet Metal sent service technicians out the same day to get us up and running again! We then met with their design technician to create a plan to remove the entirety of the ancient system and replace the haphazard maze of leaky pipe work. They were even able to design the system around our old coal shoot so we would have much more usable space in our basement! The attached before and after pictures speak for themselves about the quality of their workmanship. The team and contractors arrived promptly, were courteous, regularly communicated with us on their progress, and were extremely neat and clean. They also went above and beyond by bringing in some portable heaters to ensure an elderly family member who lives with us would be warm during the process.
