They were so quick to charge for services and have taken over 3 weeks to deliver my trash can. I have called plenty of times and their customer service is DISGUSTING! They do NOT care at all if customers are happy with their service. I told her I wasn't making the next payment for their services and all she said is "mmhmm" and hung up. I didn't check the reviews first and I regret more than anything to have wasted my time and money dealing with these people. They don't deserve a star. beware this in no a business to deal with. my husband order over 3 weeks ago and the trash was never picked up.called him a liar and any excuse you could think of was used. after several calls they tell him 2 weeks credit we never even got one pick up. so here is one email . now I got this after the supposed 2 weeks credit: your service has stopped because you have never paid your 1t bill as you promised to pay. Also there was a bridge out on way to your location so just take you filty nasty attitude to some other company!!!!! never call us again!!!!! no name of course so I was tired of my husband getting the run around so I sent an email. the so called owner sent this to me back; email 2: no one stays in business over 30 years doing the shit you claim we do!!! you are now dealing with the owner!!! and we do not tolerate emails such as yours. I am sure there is a valid reason your trash was not picked up. Whatever the problem you will get credit for any misses that was our fault just as thousands of satisfied customers for over 30 years but once your current contract is up we will drop your service and you can find some other company to put up with your!!!!!!! I came home from work to find trash all over our yard. We are new tenants in a rental house and the previous tenants used this company (Country Waste) for trash. I tried calling them a few times about setting up trash service, but could never get anyone, so we switched to a different company. I cleaned it up because I didn't want it on the ground or animals to get into it. After cleaning it up I called Country Waste about the trash can that was missing, and the lady that answered the phone said that they came today to pick up the trash can because there was a past due notice. I explained to her that we just moved into the house (about 3 weeks ago!) and we didn't know the previous tenat(s) and their issues. She said well if we knew that we wouldn't have taken the trash can. I then asked her why they "dumped it out instead of placing it in the new trash can that was right next to it or why they didn't leave a note." She said "we don't do that." Even though I picked it up, I asked if they were going to come back out and clean up their mess, and she once again said "we don't do that". I cannot believe the rude lady on the phone and the total lack of care by her/ the company. read more
