I limped into centerville Iowa with a broken schackle on my 5th wheel trailer not knowing anyone. Got on the internet (only two bars) and Country Side Auto repair shop came up. I gave it a call late Friday evening (not expecting anyone to call back )and within five minutes Ronny was calling me back. He came out Saturday morning (to Walmart) and look the situation over but said it needed to go to a welding shop. He gave me a name and Monday morning called to see if I had been taken care of , I told him I was and was on my way. Ronny went way above what he had to and would not take any money for it. On a day he wasn't even open, 4th of July, he drove over an hour both ways to come repair a tire and did not charge much for it! Called right away when done and left it available for pickup whenever I was ready! I would honestly recommend as he has always showed up or answered my calls as soon as I needed him to! i dont trust my vehicles to be worked on by any other shop other than countryside auto. ronnys rates are fair, he passes parts savings onto the customer unlike other shops and they stand behind their work !!! if anything they go out of ther way to help people and some people take advantage of that !! good people,great service, and savings to boot !! read more

amazing service super respectful and great pricing. I got one of my brake lines replaced and paid less then what i was quoted and they had it done within a couple days. I called a few other shops before I called Country side, they were the only shop that weren't rude on the phone. read more

The owner is a crook. I sued him for missing parts. Then I had to sue him again to get my car back. I won both judgments. He's a bully a liar. And will harass and stalk you. Stay away from this shop. read more
