It's a new, very clean, bright hotel, in a very convenient area for shopping as well. They also offer a free complete breakfast in the morning! We decided to try the included breakfast and we were really pleased how the items were being continuously filled with piping hot food. It was quite tasty and the entire area was always being attended to and kept immaculately clean! We will definitely be booking this hotel again when the opportunity arises for an overnight stay in this area!

And the walls are paper thin. You can and will hear everything if someone is next to or below/above you. But let's get to some positives before a list of the negatives in addition to the noise. Pros: - Friendly front desk service - Extensive free breakfast buffet that is clean, organized and refilled often. I loved the egg white and veggie omelets - Convenient location close to shops and the highway - Very clean hotel overall Cons: - I have to mention it again - the highway noise is incredibly loud at least if your room facies that direction. I can't imagine it's that much better if you're facing Golf Rd. - Bathroom ceiling lights stays on 24/7 "for safety" - the hallway lights are also bright, so I basically had to close my bathroom door and line the cracks beneath with towels to make the room dark enough. - Thin walls (you'll hear anyone moving around next to or above/below) - Limited TV with basic live cable, many stations are sports or news (no smart/streaming and few movie channels) - WiFi gets slow at peak hours (after check-in/early evening) - Deer are everywhere, so be careful driving at dawn/dusk (unrelated to this hotel, just warning you) - For the price, you'll have a MUCH better experience at the Delafield Hotel one exit down... it's about $50 more but SO worth it. Huge, modern, fancy and in the cute downtown area with beautiful walking trails and local gems like the Lumber Inn. In summary: this hotel should charge about 25% less and light sleepers should still go elsewhere. The La Quinta is comparable up the hill BTW.

We had a meeting to attend just a half mile down the road from the motel. The meeting started at about noon, so we called the motel while enroute to inquire as to getting into our room early. NO PROBLEM said the desk clerk and SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about an additional $25 fee for early arrival. We never had to pay that before. When we objected to the fee, the different desk person sat there and did nothing but mumble. We ended up having to pay the fee with the promise to NEVER TO STAY AT YHIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN. And, we will advise others of their policies in all of our social media accounts. We will give them far more NEGATIVE PRESS than $25 worth. Be Aware People. Ask and question everything. Supposedly the Manager was to get back to us. Will never happen. Very Disappointed.

These people need to be held accountable for their actions and STOP ripping people off.

I was able to rest peacefully. They had a full kitchen. The customer service was fantastic.. I was very impressed with this hotel and I highly recommend from one night to a week or two. It is the place to stay. If having a procedure done, they do give a discount.

Hotel was nice, love that it is directly across from dairy queen. That could be good or bad…read more Lol. For upgraded to a room with an oven. Love that. Didn't get to use it as much as I wanted. But I did get to make chocolate chip cookies. I stayed in an ADA room which was great for me. I'm just a little over 5 ft and u could actually reach the plates and cups. Usually I have to ask the hotel to lower those things so I can reach them.

Andrew, one of the general managers, told me they would switch us to a room that could accommodate…read moreus better because the couch is rock solid for a bed, and so we packed up everything with 2 young kids and brought it down the next morning and we we were then told they do not have the new room and never did to begin with and Nate in his demeanor was rude and flustered with me for wanting what Andrew had promised me. So, I asked him his name. He told me he did not have to tell me. Then i told him that he's the manager and I need to know. Then he finally rudely told me. The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. I asked because I have 2 young kids if someone could then help me transfer everything back as I saw they had a housekeeper working and general manager, and they refused to help saying they had no one to help me.
