LSL Finishes is top notch! If you are looking for an honest, quality contractor this company is for…read moreyou. From start to finish they do an amazing job of helping you through the process and simplifying things to make it less stressful for the homeowner. There was never a time that I didn't know exactly where we were in the project and always knew exactly the costs so there were no surprises. Dan and Aaron are two of the hardest working people I have met and I truly appreciate their incredible work ethic. The subcontractors that they work with are also amazing- through the whole remodeling process I felt heard and everyone did their best to provide what I was asking for. I LOVE our new space and I am so glad I chose LSL for the job. They went above and beyond all of my expectations. I am so very thankful for their expertise in the field, their ability to keep projects moving and their patience and kindness toward me when I added or changed the project scope. THANK YOU!

After many recommendations, we used this company for our living room walls and ceiling. What was to…read moretake 2 days, took 2 weeks. They were suppose to fix nail pops and popping seams. After 2 days the blemishes were still as visible as they ever were and paint was dripped on baseboards, wallpaper and slopped onto adjoining room walls. Monkeys would have done a better job. The owner acknowledged the issues and fixed them himself. Howver, it seemed like he would fix one issue with the walls and then create another. After 2 weeks I paid him and said everything was fine just to get him out. Today I opened a remaining can of paint to do some touch ups myself and a.) He left a roller in the paint can and b.) He has his company stickers on top of the can so that I can't get another can of paint because Sherwin Williams can't see the formula. Run from this company!

We are so fed up and disappointed with Signature Kitchens and Bath. Project started just after…read moreMemorial Day and still is not done (moving a wall and full gut/replace 2 small bathrooms). They do not respect us as customers deserving of even mid-quality work, and they don't seem to recognize the degree of utterly unnecessary inconvenience and disruption that they continue to inflict upon our family. Our bathrooms are still unfinished (only one shower is available for 4 of us), we can't move our stuff back into these spaces to use them reliably, and our garage bay has been full of supplies for 4 months. The work that we can see is so sloppy that it makes me genuinely afraid of the work that we can't see. The only reason this project is finally moving again is because John has begun to prioritize this project and he's been finding time to resolve issues one by one. We genuinely appreciate that, but why isn't this company ensuring that this project gets the labor, resources and quality control to finally get it completed correctly?

They are reliable, they did everything they said they would do in a first class manner. Remodeling a bathroom may not seem like big job, but they treated our house as if it was their own. However, when they delivered the island stone, and the kitchen backsplash, they did fix the cooktop cutout and the faucet holes (good thing my faucets have a flared base to cover). Overall, I'm happy with the results. There were just some moments of high stress. The pricing is straightforward and very reasonable!

The sales team was knowledgeable helpful and never took me for granite. They made the whole process easy stress free and actually enjoyable. I had my countertops completely redone and also added new granite around my fireplace and it is gorgeous. Everything ties together beautifully and has totally transformed my space. Their prices absolutely blow away the big box retailers and their customer service blows away everyone else in the industry. There is simply no comparison. You get incredible quality without the inflated prices and you are treated like a valued customer every step of the way. The measurement team was precise professional and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was rock solid and I felt confident from the moment they came out that the job was going to be done right. And the install team completely crushed it (not the granite). They were efficient clean and incredibly skilled. The finished product is flawless and looks even better than I imagined. I am so freaking happy with how everything turned out. 5 Stars Granite is the bedrock of great service and quality workmanship. They have definitely set the stone for what a great experience should be and I would recommend them without hesitation.
