This place is beautifully set out, with aisles comfortably big enough to accommodate 2 trolleys, and plenty of checkouts always open ready to help you. The butcher stocks the biggest scotch fillet steaks I've ever seen, along with rib roasts & T-bone steaks. They also make their own sausages. With a kick-ass deli, fresh fish counter & a great range of locally grown produce, you almost feel like you're shopping at a gourmet supermarket.

My kitchen counter is proudly displaying a big bowl of micro-green radish sprouts & I feel healthier every time I look at them! But Boric also has: a fresh fish counter, butchery, deli, icecream by the scoop, coffee, homemade cakes, dinners & salads, a kids' playground AND a boutique selection of homewares & the finest artisan products. And friendly staff. And a great wine, beer & cider selection. And I've probably missed something out. The aisles and set up are standard pak n save but the difference with this one is that they are big. You are able to shop without awkwardly coughing to let the person in front of you know that they need to get out the way. You are able to shop without playing trolley wars with the person next to you. My other fave thing about Pak n Save Lincoln Road is the values aisle at the front of the entrance into the supermarket. You always find things that you wouldn't usually think of buying. You end up with a trolley full of cheap marshmallows and jam! These come in handy on a rain day. The fact that it is the biggest Pak n Save means it can accommodate so much more including the English food section, a bigger bakery that actually serves fresh pies, a deli section with much more than ham, plus a seafood section that cleans your fish for you! Well supervalue supermarkets are a gift from above. They are usually in a suburb ready to sell the basics such as bread, veges and the extras. It is a big dairy but a small supermarket. The prices are a bit high but from time to time they are sales on the bikkies and other products. It is a local place so the staff start to know you and they are all super friendly and helpful. I once had a hard time finding all the ingredients for the black forest cake I was baking. The lady at the counter helped me and even offered alternatives.
