I had explained to her that I struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. She suggested I breathe and count to ease the attack. I explained to her that breathing didn't work for me while I was panicking and proceeded to ask her if she ever experienced a panic attack. Rudely and abrasively, she answered "no". I think she got offended by my question. The following day she ended services with me. I contacted her to ask her why and to follow up and never got a response back. I then called the owner, Dorian and left a message. There was no response from either of them. I think this place is very unprofessional and lacks integrity. When you're in the business servicing people with a mental health diagnosis or vulnerable individuals , you need to be empathetic, understanding, patient and kind. We are ultimately letting our guards down and being vulnerable with our "trusted" provider. I suggest the company implements some sort of sanctuary model to ensure that the patients feel protected and the providers to provide quality, authentic, and professional care. -Kayla P.
