The little ugly purple cheap bow which was not part of my order was not even tied or cut to fit right. I paid for a huge bouquet instead my family was sent a cheap thrown together arrangement with only yellow roses that actually matched my order the rest they just decided to do themselves. I hope that the online service I use drops them as they have said they are considering doing now. So disrespectful to do to a War Widow purchasing flowers for her uncle's funeral that served this country.
