The staff are very helpful and are able to advise if you have no idea about flowers. I recently ordered some for a colleague at work and requested 'cheerful' flowers and that is exactly how my colleague described what she received! The shop is very small meaning there is limited stock on display so it wouldn't be my first choice if I wanted to buy a bunch of flowers but is definitely the place to go if you want something delivered.

I had ordered purple, blue and white coloured flowers in a vintage looking watering tin and what they delivered was a cheap looking aluminum watering tin with a tacky looking "happy birthday" sticker slapped on crooked with ugly pink flowers that looked like something I could have bought at the supermarket but I let that go with them. Then I ordered from them for Mother's Day with delivery scheduled for Mother's Day but they delivered on Saturday instead and again the flowers looked cheap and nothing like what I ordered. I contacted them about the fact that I had needed the flowers delivered on Mother's Day and that is what I had scheduled and that is what was on my confirmation but all they had to say to me is that I didn't pay them an extra £4, which I did not see anywhere...not on the website or on the confirmation, and made it out like I was cheap and that it was my fault. I would have absolutely paid whatever they wanted as I obviously wanted them delivered on Mother's day but they did not care at all.
