Does that make any sense to anyone? They were never worn and the tags were still on them. They carried the same items in other colors. When I asked her how that could be logical, she became very rude and spoke to me in a way that was very out of line and over the top. It was inappropriate and I think she should be embarrassed by the way she spoke to a customer. If I were her boss, she would be on the unemployment line today. I will not be returning and bringing any business to that establishment any more. AND I will be sure to spread the word amongst all of my friends, colleagues, acquaintances and PTA members.

When Leann called over her "manager" I assume, she asked me where I got it, and if there was another on the shelf. There wasn't as it was in the clearance section. She took it from Leann and said "she won't be getting this," with a nasty tone. I guess 5-8$ for a clearance product is just too much to risk in this economy... So I tried on a couple of navy blue suits.and he made sure it was the right size .this place has all sizes for small guys and big & tall that's a plus for us guys that are a little taller and not that big .so if you want a nice suit most sizes and colors for a decent price this is the place for you. They will also fix your size for you in the same day it will only take like a half hour to 45 minutes. They did my pants for me really fast. After a few moments an associate named Anka came over and was wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for. Didn't rush me and stayed within my price range. Anka was excellent and very kind. I walked out with two Nick Graham suits for a very good price. When we went to the register our coupon had expired. But the woman behind the counter was very sweet and gave us 20% off with the purchase of garment bags. As well as let us use some phone coupons we had via text. They had a good selection, good prices and good service. I would recommend this store if you are in pinch for a nice suit. Some of the brands I saw and tried on besides Nick Graham were Joseph Abboud, Nautica and Cole Haan. My only small gripe is the store could use a little sprucing up/remodeling. Give them a shot. I'll definitely be going back in the future.

From my personal experience this business provides fair pricing and good value with a large selection of garments that represent much of what I am looking for. Staff is also attentive without being overly bearing which allows me to shop in comfort. I usually find whatever it is I was looking without any issues. I hope Jos A. Bank will remain successful for years to come. There's very few businesses these days which exclusively cater to menswear. They sized him up, we left a deposit, and we received a text in a week for pickup, just like they said we would. Day of pickup -- the suit was tried on and it looked and fit great! It was due back in a couple of days, but they actually told us a day or two later was fine too. That helped!! Easy and painless experience. I'd go back for the next suit rental!

Salespeople are not trained by management. My son and husband went and bought 2 suits. Salespeople…read moredidn't ask if they had matching belts or socks. They don't pay attention to details. These are basic questions that salespeople ask in retail. When I went back to buy these items, there was no one at the register. I waited 5 minutes. Finally a salesman comes to the register with the customer and rings her up. I ask him to call someone to help me and his response was they are too busy. It's a management problem with untrained staff. Also went to get a belt the young woman who helped me was really nice and helpful.
