He's also been very helpful to recommend other local service providers/contractors for services he doesn't support (e.g. tree planting, and tree removal), and we've been happy with those as well! He's also been helpful with suggestions and tips for us to do some DIY things around the yard. Welcome feedback, and would recommend him.

Upon hiring West Property Maintenance I was further impressed. Scott and team completely overhauled an overgrown and neglected yard. Throughout this process I was still living in Boston and Scott maintained constant contact, never introducing an element of doubt, and consistently wowing me with photos of his work. West Property Maintenance's price point is low, the quality of work is impeccable, and their knowledge of the local flora and fauna is unrivaled. I unequivocally recommend Scott and West Property Maintenance.

Over the years I've had various other contractors do  maintenance,"" repairs, etc., I've used several of the names listed by neighbors on this site to do various jobs. No one has approached the level of professionalism, competency and detailed work  that Yarmey's Window Cleaning has. I hired them to do all the windows in my house and found out that they do much more than windows. Eventually, I realized they do everything that a general contractor could  do ... carpentry work on all levels, painting, (inside and outside),  power washing (exterior of house, decks etc.) ...taking down the shutters, repainting them, and painstakingly rehanging them... masonry work, fence repairs, and the list goes on. I really don't think there is anything they can't do! Miguel Portillo is the owner of this exceptional company. He is a man of the highest standards and He will assure you that he will do the best job possible. And, believe me, he does. I told him he should rename his company because it implies they are limited  just to  window washing. In my opinion there isn't a handyman (up to a contractor) who is in there league! No job is too small or too big! Do yourself a favor and consider Miguel Porill for your next project. You will not be disappointed! John F. Myslinski

Our property backs onto Holyoke State Park, which left us with a dense 10-foot deep wall of seemingly impenetrable brambles. We had started clearing it by hand, but hadn't yet hauled away the debris. John showed up with his "Bramble Eater" and in short order turned the whole mess--roots and all--into mulch and put it back on the cleared area as fill. He even leveled the berm it had created and chewed through a half-dozen old cedar posts and downed tree sections like it was nothing. I can't overstate how impressed I was--not just by the power of his equipment, but by his work ethic on a rainy, muddy day. The "after" photo says it all. The "before" was a tangle of brush and debris that he completely transformed.
