The office is bright and welcoming (not stuffy and boring like most agents) which makes you want to walk through the door and this was one of the many reasons we decided to put our house on the market with them. They were efficient in drawing up our property details and we opted to have 3d floor plans on ours as an extra option. They keep us informed every step of the way, we have never had to chase feedback for viewings (this can be a pain with some agents and extremely frustrating). We also spoke to their financial advisor who was professional and friendly and explained everything in plain English and didn't try to confuse us with the usual (and unnecessary) jargon and again they kept us informed every step of the way.
