NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN. AVOID THESE FAKESTERS. MEDINA SUPERSTORE, MAS BAZAR and even BANGLa STATION with its high prices is better than Paks supermarket lozells road, atleast in Bangl station you gonna get fresh produce at the weight it's supposed to be at even if they charge extra but at PaKsSupermarket Lozells not only they charge you but the hive you produce which is gone bad and even from there they will steal a few pieces out. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. BTW have you guys seen the TikTok videos by PaKs lozells road, all comments are turned off. we wonder why. must be a reason. what have you got to hide. you don't want the word getting around that you guys are leeching off the local community. you disgraceful people. Pak supermarket Alum rock and Cov Road is really good btw. recommend it to all.

It is really good for cheap fruit and veg, with a massive display outside. The apricots, cherries and plums looked delicious whilst I was browsing. The store seems much more modern than I'm used to from Morrisons. The store is visually pleasant. As you enter the store, you'll be greeted by their Market Kitchen area where food counters are available offering a rotational daily selection of hot dishes, pizza and a couple of other options alongside the regular Morrisons Cafe offering. The facilities inside the store are good and also include Amazon Lockers. The selection in terms of groceries was reasonable. Prices were competitive but did seem fairly expensive for some items including Cravendale Milk, even out pricing some convenience stores in Birmingham city centre. The staff seemed friendly enough; there was a lack of them on the shop floor however to assist customers. 4* - An impressive Morrisons with an overall store look/feel that I hope they roll out across more of their supermarkets nationwide.

The cafe has been relocated to the new upper floor but is woefully short of toilets, a whole two and they're both intended for the diasbled however a wheelchair user would need to run the gauntlet of the tray carrying cafe customers and the closely placed tables in order to use them. To say the layout wasn't very well thought out is a bit of an understatement. Unfortunately the store also has a thriving home delivery service which has expanded into the carpark. Shoppers use the free parking spaces at Tesco to visit the newly built Eagles Meadow Shopping Mall which is opposite the store making parking in what was already a small carpark almost impossible on a saturday. At peak times you'll be queuing to get in and queing to get out.
