As you enter the store, you'll be greeted by their Market Kitchen area where food counters are available offering a rotational daily selection of hot dishes, pizza and a couple of other options alongside the regular Morrisons Cafe offering. The facilities inside the store are good and also include Amazon Lockers. The selection in terms of groceries was reasonable. Prices were competitive but did seem fairly expensive for some items including Cravendale Milk, even out pricing some convenience stores in Birmingham city centre. The cafe has been relocated to the new upper floor but is woefully short of toilets, a whole two and they're both intended for the diasbled however a wheelchair user would need to run the gauntlet of the tray carrying cafe customers and the closely placed tables in order to use them. To say the layout wasn't very well thought out is a bit of an understatement. Unfortunately the store also has a thriving home delivery service which has expanded into the carpark. Shoppers use the free parking spaces at Tesco to visit the newly built Eagles Meadow Shopping Mall which is opposite the store making parking in what was already a small carpark almost impossible on a saturday. At peak times you'll be queuing to get in and queing to get out.

These do tend to sell out quite quickly on some occasions though (laptops for example) so it's worth picking up their weekly leaflets to see what's coming out and when to make sure you're first in line! They also tend to stock some lovely foods on the run up to Christmas, which is certainly the one time of year it's best to try and save money!
