They DO NOT care about their clients wishes and they're only in it for the money. From the beginning of the deal they lied about making offers to multiple houses my parents were interested in. My parents had one house they liked the most so coincidently Linda says that none of the other 4 houses came back with a counter offer and the only one that did was this house. I mean none of them have still sold so it seems suspicious that none of them came back. My parents also wanted to have the furniture negotiated into the deal and they discouraged them and told them to wait until after closing to bring it up to the sellers. I mean by that time what sell is not going to have a plan to keep the furniture? Absolutely stupid. I told my parents that, and they went back to the realtor during the inspection period to make sure they could hear back about an offer for this furniture. The realtors never pushed to get back. With my parents asking multiple times a week for an update, they finally got back 3 WEEKS LATER. Overall, they made many requests to work together with seller and they just found out that the sellers never heard about of them. They were totally trying to keep them apart to make their own jobs easier. I'm absolutely in shocked these people are totally deceitful and horrible.

He gave my parents a very hard time during negotiations and ultimately he rescinded on the agreement. We will not use this company at all and will make it our personal agenda that this company loses as much business as possible. In life it is better to treat people as you would like to be treated. Kelley McDougall would not accept my parents preapproval. He would not sign the contract without a preapproval which they did provide him. They actually provided him with two preapproval letters and were waiting to write a check to hold the property. Kelley explained to my husband that they had a verbal agreement. SO after Kelley said he would accept a preapproval he decided he wanted an approval letter instead. We explained that we could not get an actual approval without a contract. The mortgage loan officer even called Kelley and he still accepted another offer. My parents had their heart set on that property and a greedy realtor accepted another offer. Even our own realtor explained that this is unethical. Florida laws states that a legally enforceable contract can be verbal or written. We are going to file a complaint with the Florida Division of Real Estate. Ultimately I would tell people to look elsewhere for a realtor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
