She was hoping to have a smoother trip for herself and my sisters, especially with someone who could communicate in our native language (Armenian). Unfortunately, this was a huge mistake. Hovannes booked our tickets to Armenia with Qatar Airways, but when it came time for my mother's return, things went downhill fast. My sisters returned on their original tickets, but my mother had to contact Hovannes to change her return date. He told her that she couldn't extend her Qatar ticket and would need to book with Air France instead, promising she'd get a refund for the unused Qatar ticket, minus a fine. After paying for the full return fare with Air France, my mother made her way back to the U.S., but that's when the real trouble started. Hovannes was incredibly difficult to communicate with. Every time we tried to reach him, he was either "too busy" or promised to return our call - but never did. His attitude was downright horrible. He was rude, arrogant, and lied about everything. After a year of going back and forth with him, we couldn't get any help from Qatar Airways because they said he was the agent involved and needed to resolve the issue. It's been a year now, and my mother still hasn't received her refund. It's been an absolute waste of our time. I can't stress enough how unprofessional and unhelpful this agency is. Save yourself the stress, time, and money - avoid this agency. Go with a bigger, more reputable company or book directly with an airline. I'll never deal with such a poor, unprofessional service again.

One of my favorite trips that Hilda arranged was a luxury cruise to Alaska with a group of friends. Hilda combined the cruise with a sightseeing visit to Seattle and Vancouver. Today was the day, and Miguel called back at the time I had requested. The incentives are great, but I'm waiting to hear on a new client. He offered to take my planned 1 year renewal for now, and call me back after the date I expect to sign the new deal if the incentives for the multi-year (a really good deal!) were still available. During our call I asked him a lot of questions about how to get the most out of my membership. Miguel was super helpful and knowledgeable about website and walked me through all of the answers. He was graciously accommodating if I asked another question that came to mind during that process as well. Like anything, Travel Transparency is a tool for specific travel discounts and solutions and when they align with your personal travel plans, it's really super! I like to take road trips so booking a night here and a couple nights there fit me well, and I can get great hotel prices using Travel Transparency. It's also great for friends, because I bought the membership that allows up to six specific family members, or friends, to book through the site as well, with their own profile.

After they scammed me, I'm still getting constant calls from the their call center that barely speaks English with an incredible heavy accent, repeating the same words reading off of a script trying to ask me to come back. I've asked several times not to be contacted and they start getting an attitude And using profanity in their broken English.
